Casa Hera is a very comfortable 3 bed villa in the Areias dos Moinhos area of Carvoeiro approximately 15 mins walk or 3 mins drive to the village itself where all the restaurants and bars are located. Entrance from the road is through the secure gates and onto a calcada driveway and there is parking for several vehicles if required. The superb Ponto de Encontro Restaurant is just a few mins walk away where you can have an easy on the pocket meal or just a drink on their terrace. The villa sleeps 6 adults (or mix of adults and children) plus a baby in a cot. There are 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite) and 1 twin and all air conditioned throughout, as is the lounge. The spacious lounge has seating for up to 6 adults and multi international IPTV channels are supplied on the flat screen TV. A fibre optic internet line is supplied with fast speed wi-fi and included in the price. The lounge also has a wood-burner for those chillier months. From the lounge there is access to the outside terrace and pool area, where there is a permanent tiled seating area plus purpose built BBQ. Off the lounge there is a lovely peaceful internal courtyard/alcove with tiled seats, a table and chairs with another purpose built BBQ.
The ample sized 9.5 x 5 Metre pool is set with a spacious surrounding open terrace area with sunbeds and parasols for all. The pool can be heated for the cooler months as an optional extra cost. This lovely comfortable villa has all the ingredients for a fun family holiday. All prices include maid services and air conditioning so absolutely nothing additional to pay outside the quoted prices, unless pool heating option is requested. 1 cot and highchair provided free of charge if required.
