New for 2026!New Terraces & new outside furniture, refurbished kitchen and a heater for the pool!
Located in Algar Seco in the heart of Carvoiero only a few hundred yards to the beach and restaurant hill so no need for a car!
The Villa has 4 bedrooms all with separate bathrooms, an open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner looking out to sea. Private pool surrounded by various terrace areas with pergolas, sofas sun beds and 2 covered dinning areas. There’s 2 bedrooms downstairs which can be set up as singles or King doubles then 2 Super king Doubles upstairs looking at uninterrupted sea views.
Carvoeiro as a holiday destination keeps improving with the broad walk between us and the sea that gives access to the cliffs & caves near the villa. The amphitheatre where they have live music playing, opposite there we now have a kids play area with a pirate ship! Nothing is more than a short walk away!
We highly recommend a local family transfer company “Allgarve mode transfers” clean efficient and friendly.

By Val Bailey on 19-Jul-2025The villa boasts a fantastic location, perfectly positioned near the local church and just a short stroll from the main square, restaurants, and bars. It is also within easy walking distance of Algar Seco and the top of ‘Restaurant Hill’. Inside, the villa features a modern and spacious design. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all you could need. Outside, we all enjoyed breakfast on the terrace and the lovely pool area. There is ample outdoor seating including shaded spaces and a roof terrace, providing private space if needed. Throughout our stay, the hosts, Dave and Lisa, were exceptionally accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Our party of 10 - six adults and four young children - thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Casa Escadinhas. The villa was just right for us. It offered peaceful surroundings, stunning sea views, a great location and more amenities than we could use. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to visit again in the future.

The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and right next to the stunning walkway to the Algar Seco caves. The property itself was immaculate and incredibly spacious, with lovely shaded outdoor seating areas offering sea views. The pool was an ideal size and very relaxing. Our hosts were amazing—friendly, helpful, and full of great local recommendations that made our trip even more special. We truly had a wonderful experience and would love to return!

Family Holiday 2025
By Hugh Brown on 26-Jun-2025This was our 10th visit to the Villa as we love it! The location is amazing with stunning views and a leisurely stroll to both beach, caves and restaurants. The quality within the Villa is exceptional and every visit we seem to find something new. The swimming pool is secluded and loved by all. It is in an ideal location for both young and old and would have no hesitation in recommending it to any of our friends.

By Patrick kinsley on 02-Jun-2024Having been to Carvoeiro 7 times before we were delighted to come across Dave and Lisa’s wonderful property. Located very close to the boardwalk and within minutes from the towns shops and restaurants yet set back just enough to give you privacy. The property lacks for nothing and the added bonus of off street parking for at least 3 cars was much appreciated. And as with previous reviews Dave was extremely helpful and instant response to my questions. All in all one of the most enjoyable and relaxing holidays you could ask for.
