Firstly Joao was an amazing host and a lovely person. Joao checked in with us regularly and gave us great restaurant and beech recommendations. He gave us a lovely bottle of local wine to try, I could not fault the accommodation it was spotlessly clean and all newly renovated. Good size bedrooms, living room, kitchen and terrace. Great to have space especially with teenagers. We had a car but beach was a 10 minute walk and a few lovely restaurants within walk distance and a mini supermarket. Great area for cliff walks. The town was a 5 minute taxi ride you cld walk in in about 25 mins but we always got taxi home as is uphill. Pool was big and very quite some days we had it to ourselves. We had a very chilled family holiday. Our first time in Carvoeiro. We will definitely be back and would book this property again. Ticked all the boxes for a relaxing holiday.
We have stayed in Carvoeiro many times but this apartment was new to us and it certainly didn't disappoint. Although it is an apartment it is still very private and there is no issue with noise from any of the neighbours, The apartment itself is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and has been recently renovated to an extremely high standard. Joao, the owner, is a delight and nothing is too much trouble. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars a 5 minute walk away in the Rocha Brava area but it's a 20-25 minute walk to Carvoeiro town if you want to go further afield. We would highly recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone and can't wait to go back next year.
We love this part of the Algarve as it has much to offer, all so accessible and convenient to this wonderful property. Everything was perfect, lots of space, beautifully decorated with all conveniences provided for a great stay. Pool area is fantastic and never crowded ;it is a very easy walk to Centeanes beach and nearby Carvoeiro. It was a pleasure to meet Joao (owner) who was very helpful. Don't miss the entertainment at nearby Rocha Brava! We hope to be back soon!
