This stunning villa with panoramic ocean views located in Quinta da Boa Nova between the popular seaside towns of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo and walking distance of Caneiros beach and restaurants.

This well equipped villa is set on 2,600m2 plot of beautifully manicured gardens with a large 10 x 5 metre swimming pool.

The villa accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 children.

The ground floor comprises of spacious entrance hall, kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 en-suite bedrooms and guest WC. The living room offers panoramic ocean views and has air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and separate freezer. One of the bedrooms is equipped with twin beds whilst the other has a double bed. The room with the double bed is also blessed with ocean views.

A white marble staircase leads to the first floor. Here resides the master bedroom with double bed and breathtaking ocean vistas and an additional twin bedroom connected to a further small children’s room with bunkbeds. There is also a very generously sized terrace on the first floor, equipped with sun loungers. From this terrace you have 360º views with the Monchique mountains to the North and the Algarve coast to the South.

The pool is bordered by a large terrace and adjacent lawn area. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers and a large sun sail and umbrellas provide ample shade. Outside there is also a BBQ area with built-in charcoal barbecue and large outdoor dining table which can comfortably seat 10 people and is perfect for alfresco dining.

The villa is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi which makes it perfect for remote working and there is an abundance of parking available on the driveway. Cots and highchairs for infants are available on request. Please note there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms but they are equipped with fans.

There is no shortage of activities in the area including boat tours to sea grottos, kayaking, paddle boarding, horse riding, tennis, padel, local walks, birdwatching, water parks, golf courses, shops, bars, restaurants, and of course many stunning local beaches.

Located in such a central location, this villa is just a stone’s throw away from so many attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.


Tourist Tax
.All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
