It is within five minutes on foot from the golden sandy beach of Vale Centianes and close to all amenities including the Rocha Brava resort. Three kilometres to the centre of Carvoeiro village.
This property is compliant with the rental licence legislation in Portugal and as such its location, facilities, suitability for rental and ownership have been verified. Complete peace of mind included Tourist number 4607/AL
With new internal furniture and ecosense air conditioning throughout and two en suite bathrooms this villa is perfect for families and friends, including those with restricted mobility.
The modern newly fitted open plan kitchen meets your self catering needs. The accommodation is arranged across the ground floor and the surrounding area is mostly flat, perfect for the young and not so young.
The lounge has a large dining table and very comfortable seating plus multiple English and other language television programmes, plus sports channels for home from home feel.

The lounge patio doors lead directly onto the enclosed private pool area and terrace with external dining table, chairs, sunbeds, parasol, bbq and lawned area.
There are fruit trees and flower beds in the garden.
The brand new pool which can be heated at an additional cost measures 90cm in the shallows to 1.70m at its deepest and has wide steeps for easy access. Automatically pool lights change the water colour for dramatic effect after dark from 8pm to 1am ranging from blue, green and even red. If pool heating is required the additional cost is £150 per week or euro equivalent.
Additionally views of the Atlantic Ocean are seen from the roof terrace. This villa is alarmed and has a safe.
Gated private parking for one car.
The villa is situated a few minutes walk from a parade with a supermarket selling daily fresh bread and newspapers, a cafe, a pizzeria and a bar.
Sleeps six. Beds are one king size bed, three single beds, one trundle bed where a low bed slides out from beneath a higher bed and cot. Maximum number of guests is 6. Please request cot in advance. Additional charge for highchair.
Smoking not permitted internally. Weekly maid service with towel and linen change Flexible arrival and departure days dependent on existing bookings. Occupancy from 1pm on arrival date until 10am on departure day.
A booking form is completed once dates are reserved to protect both the guests and owner / property manager. Guest passport details are required in advance of arrival - this is a legal requirement for short term visitors to rental properties in portugal.
25% non refundable deposit is necessary with the balance paid eight weeks before arrival.
A security deposit of £200 or euro equivalent is paid in addition to the weekly costs shown. This is refunded after departure assuming no losses or damages and all keys being returned.
If excessive cleaning is necessary the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
A tourist tax is payable in addition to the advertised prices. Peak season this is two euros per night per guest aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights. Low season the tourist tax is one euro per guest per night aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights.

By haishiangl on 12-Jun-2015Wow what a fantastic place to stay. The pool was amazing and the children loved it. Very safe environment for the whole family to enjoy. Excellent accommodation very clean and spacious. So many bathrooms to chose from and very well equipped kitchen. Lovely garden with beautiful flowers and the best orange tree. Plenty of room outside dining under the shade with built in bbq. No need to stress over anything and enjoy the sun and beach. Easy walking distance with excellent clean sand and clear blue sea in safe alcove. Fabulous food ice cream and drinks in restaurant on the beach. what more do you need? All aspects catered for and a wonderful relaxing holiday for all the family. will definitely go again
Fantastic
By 496paulab on 11-Aug-2015I stayed here with my husband and father in law who is 81 for my sons wedding in Rocha Brava. What a fantastic villa. Clean well equipped everything you need. Great swimming pool. I would recommend this villa for anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday. Thank you Elaine for all your help.
Outstanding place to stay, great villa.3 bed/bathrooms, super pool and location
By Colm1967 on 01-May-2016Easy to find spacious villa. 3 large bedrooms. 3 beautiful high spec new bathrooms, large living area/dining room. Villa must have been recently refurbished. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Great wifi connection. Our day started with a walk to the vale de Centianes beach to see the waves crashing, it is really close to the villa. Then a super outside breakfast back at the villa by the pool was perfect. Wonderful scent from the orange blossoms on our personal orange tree. Around the corner is a great spar supermarket you must try the mega sized brioche, fresh every day. The weather was not amazing as so early in the year 16 -22 April so only disappointment was to not get an opportunity to use the roof terrace. Great holiday base, Lucy and I will definitely be back suoer place
Relaxing and comfortable
By Penny1974 on 03-Aug-2017We stayed here as a family of 5 with 3 young children for 2 weeks in July. The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our holiday. The bathrooms have recently been refurbished and are of a high standard. The villa is well maintained with regular visits from the gardener and pool cleaner. Lovely location within walking distance to the beach and various restaurants. Car is recommended due to distance to the supermarket and local town. We enjoyed our stay here.
Excellent family-friendly villa
By Bo T on 02-May-2018With a view of the sea and not far from the closest beach this Villa is the perfect choice for the bigger family. All three bedrooms are very nice and roomy and two of them has en suite bathrooms. Beds are in excellent condition. The kitchen is well equipped and even has an induction cook-top among other things, There is a big room that serves as both a dining and a living room. This room has big panorama doors and windows with a view of the pool area and is a very nice place to sit when you want to avoid the heat of the afternoon sun and relax. I was informed that the room recently was expanded to make it even more roomier than before. All rooms have AC with both heating and cooling and there is even a fireplace in the big dining/living room. The pool is very well maintained and seems to be recently renovated. As we were there late April the pool was heated for us and very enjoyable. There is a large supermarket about 7 minutes away by car for all your shopping needs (the Intermarché franchise) and a few convenient stores within walking distance. For those who enjoy watching football while having a pint or two it’s a 2 minute walk to the closest bar. I watched Liverpool crush Roma by 5-2 there! Carcoeiro is the closest town and is a picturesque small Portuguese town with a beach, restaurant and nice small shops. All in all the villa is excellent and located in a very calm and beautiful area and if you want to watch the sunset it’s a 5 minute walk to the edge of cliffs for a fantastic view. My extended family and I really enjoyed our week - long stay.
Family holiday
By CatClifford on 19-Jul-2023Just returned from a 15 night stay at Casa yasamina. Wow what a wonderful villa. The villa is super spacious and the swimming was a very good size for all 5 of us to be in at the same time. Plenty of tv channels to keep the kids entertained during the day if they got too hot outside. Air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms which was wonderful and also in the living area. There was a washing Js gone just outside the kitchen which was great to have. The villa also had 3 modern bathrooms and modern kitchen which had plenty of crockery and cutlery. Communication with Elaine was fantastic from the start and she answered any questions that I had very promptly. Just across the road from the villa was a spa shop, an Italian restaurant and 2 snack bars/ restaurants all served lovely food, A 10/15 minutes walk was a lovely beach which also had a snack bar. The town of carvoeiro was about a 30 Minutes walk away. Ubers were very handy and quick to get using the Uber app. I would recommend this villa and I’m sure we will stay here again.
