Newly updated for 2025, Casa Jovic is a large 4 bedroomed villa (each with ensuite) with sea views and lots of space to enjoy. It is ideal for families seeking a combination of bedrooms and beds, or a group of friends requiring private facilities. Casa Jovic also benefits from private gardens, heated swimming pool and all the facilities for a great holiday, including extensive terraces, pool shower, BBQ & Bar, plus multiple dining options.
The villa is ideally situated for services and restaurants, but also for privacy and relaxation. There are over a dozen beautiful Algarve beaches within easy reach - Carvoeiro 20 min walk (7 minutes by car), Caneiros 5 min drive (30 min walk), plus Praia Grande and Ferragudo just 10 min drive away. The villa is also just 6 min drive from two of the Algarve's most popular golf courses (Gramacho and Pestana).
A Supermarket which includes a bakery, and stocking most essential items, is within 200 metres of the villa. There are also local bars, cafes and restaurants within easy walk, ranging from traditional Portuguese, Italian, fine dining (including a Michelin-starred restaurant).
Casa Jovic includes a good-sized swimming pool ranging, from 1 metre to 2.5 metres in depth, which can be heated on request, plus table-tennis table and equipment.
The house itself boasts:
- Large living / indoor dining area, TV including free-to-air English programmes, air conditioning and open plan to the large dining area. Through patio doors there is a large sun terrace leading to another large terrace enclosing the swimming pool
- A new fully-fitted kitchen - (There are also plenty of cups, glasses, plates, cookware etc, unlike many other rental properties)
- The villa has a separate utility room with washing machine, plus additional fridge/freezer (for wine, beer, and other essentials)
- 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first. All have air conditioning and fans. All have their own en-suite, plus there is a cloakroom downstairs. The master bedroom, upstairs, includes its own terrace.
Car hire is recommended, but not essential for your stay at Casa Jovic. We can suggest car hire companies and airport transfer services if requested, based on our own experience.
Our Portuguese and English-speaking staff are on hand to assist you when necessary. We provide a maid service once a week in addition to preparing the villa for your stay, this is included in the rental cost. Booking information:-
A £/Euro 500* deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance, plus a returnable breakage deposit of £/Euro 400*, is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Prices quoted are for up to 8 people, 1 additional guest can be added with prior arrangement and additional cost which will be advised .
Air conditioning is included in the prices shown.
Pool heating is available at an additional cost of £/€ Euro 150* per week. Note: It is unlikely a necessity during the summer months (July-September) as the pool often reaches 29˚degrees naturally during the day.
Winter house heating from November through to April is available also at an additional cost of £/€ Euro 150* per week.
Baby cot and highchair can be provided if requested. We also have a fixed gate at the bottom of the stairs and portable door gate for use as required. there is also a child step, potty and toilet seat for our smaller guests.
* Payment accepted by bank transfer in £ sterling or Euro, Euro conversion based on currency at time of booking.
Please note, once booked you will be required to complete and return booking forms and a terms of rental agreement. This is to protect you, the guest, as well as the property owner. You will also be required to provide passport information in advance of arrival for all guests. This is a legal requirement of Portugal.
A local taxation of (currently £/Euro 2 per person per night up to 7 nights) is also payable and will be payable with the final balance.
VAT at 6% will be payable with the final balance.
