Private 4 Bedroom Villa set in large grounds. Quiet location with no through traffic, but only 12 minutes walk into the village and beach. Secure Electric gates at the entrance of the property. The villa has 4 substantial bedrooms 2 of which are ensuite. The Super king room on the first floor has its own private terrace with great views of the sea and the monchique mountains. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons. Air conditioning is throughout. Hi Speed internet is available. The grounds are extensive and include a tennis court, a hot tub, swimming pool, lawned areas and an orchard. The driveway has parking for several cars. A separate enclosed area holds a pool table.Air con and the hot tub are optional extras. Please contact me for costs.
There is also a Pool table in an enclosed area to the side of the villa. Pool cues and balls provided. Tennis rackets and balls provided.
