Number 82 is a superbly appointed and spacious property with lovely ocean views from the main terrace and rooftop solarium. The south facing property gives you full sun from sunrise to spectacular sunset. Within an easy walk of Praia do Carvoeiro and Praia da Centeanes. Arranged across two floors there is 122M2 of living, sleeping and relaxing space. There is a full bathroom with bath and shower downstairs adjacent to the bedrooms and a shower room with toilet upstairs so everyone has a private bathroom
There is an optional third bedroom with a king bed and en-suite. This allows up to 6 people to stay in comfort. Contact us for pricing on this option.
Whatever you choose, the whole house is yours, no on-site host
Pool
There is a shared pool area with private access. There is a children’s pool 0.5M deep which is linked to the adult pool. Pool area has loungers, umbrellas, chairs, toilet & showers. The pool is gated and code-locked so it is only accessible to owners and guests. We provide beach towels for your use.

First Floor
Fully equipped kitchen
To get your holiday off to a stress free start, we supply a complimentary welcome pack with essentials like bread, milk, butter, sugar still water, jam, and juice for children. There is coffee and tea and capsules for the coffee machine.
Other essentials include two beers, a bottle of white wine and a bottle of red on us!
We provide you with hand-wash, washing-up liquid, dishcloth, scourer, kitchen paper, napkins and tea-towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for six guests and has an under-built electric fan oven, halogen hob, twin sink, fridge, mini breakfast bar, kettle and coffee machine and a filter tap for chlorine-free drinking water.
There is a microwave oven and a toaster.
We have a toastie maker, juicer, filter coffee jug, cafetiere, blender and lots of handy little items like egg-cups, teapot and oven gloves.
There is plenty of glassware and crockery along with pool-safe plastic crystal and children's utensils.
lounge-dining area
The lounge and dining area has a table for six guests, two comfy leather sofas, a wood burning stove, TV with cable and internet access, ocean and pool view terrace with BBQ and alfresco dining and seating. There is electric heating for winter and a fan for summer. There are cards, books and games for adults and children.
The lounge opens directly on to the top terrace where you have views over the garden, pool and the spectacular ocean The south facing terrace off the living area has sun all day.
There is a dining table, two parasols and an awning. The terrace has four dining chairs and four recliner chairs and a charcoal BBQ.
Upstairs Shower Room
This room has a shower, vanity unit and toilet. We provide hand-wash , shower gels and toilet roll
Rooftop Solarium
On the roof is a solarium terrace with loungers and a coffee table. There is a table and chairs ideal for a sunset G&T or morning coffee. The terrace offers ocean and pool views and great sunsets.

Downstairs
Bedrooms are located downstairs where it is cooler in summer
In our standard, two bedroom configuration you get a double room and twin room opening to a garden view terrace. The rooms are large and have lots of storage.
Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden terrace which has two small tables with chairs. You can walk between the bedrooms on the garden terrace.
There is a hairdryer in each room. Electric heating for winter and fans for summer.
There is a small safe in the double bedroom and there is an iron and ironing board
Main Bathroom
The main bathroom is located adjacent to the bedrooms.
We provide lots of towels and there are house slippers for guests.
This bathroom has a full bath with shower, vanity unit, shaver socket and toilet.
We provide hand-wash , shower gels and toilet roll
Booking the three-bed three bath option
If you need to accommodate 6 people, you can book our king bed room with en-suite and garden views for an additional cost.

I really appreciated the position as it’s close to family but it is also surrounded by lovely gardens including the swimming pools for warmer weather. It is peaceful but easily walkable into Carvoeiro. Deborah and Martin were there to welcome me and very communicative both before and during my visit. The welcome pack was very generous. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return next year. I have no hesitation in recommending this house.

Its cold in Sweeden
By Bjorn on 19-May-2025Everything is great! Great communication, both in advance and during the stay. Friendly and personal check-in including tips around the area and restaurants. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. We felt very comfortable. Deborah has actually thought of EVERYTHING! Nothing is missing in the kitchen, and the starter package was great! There were beach towels and painting stuff for the kids. Deborah and Martin, thank you so much for the great time at your place! We will be happy to come back.
