Description
This Superb, air conditioned Colina Branca townhouse is a set on a small superbly located complex of holiday townhouses, situated just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach, bars and restaurants at the centre of Carvoeiro.This individually owned townhouse is situated in a rural, tranquil position enjoying splendid sea and countryside views from their roof terrace and spacious balconies, and is not far from the large communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The house has had modernisation to the kitchen, bathroom and en suite, and has comfortable furnishings throughout.
Accommodation
The spacious living/dining room has patio doors to the terrace, which is ideal for alfresco dining or lounging in the glorious sunshine.
Bedroom one has built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, an en-suite shower room and has it's very own private balcony. Bedroom 2 is ideally located adjacent to the family bathroom and also has air conditioning, a built in wardrobe and a balcony of it's own. The kitchen is well appointed and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday.
There is fibre-optic internet so you can stay connected while on holiday.
Car hire is recommended but not essential and there is a private car port for your use. For those not wishing to drive, we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation.
There is an information folder for guests use in the house. This contains a comprehensive guide to the area, restaurants, places of interest and emergency telephone numbers.
Our friendly English and Portuguese speaking staff are on hand to assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
As a small family business we look after a few townhouses in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the townhouse before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the townhouse.
Baby equipment such Cot and High chair, are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire.
Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.
We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.
Check in is after 4pm and check out is before 10am.
Prices shown are for the property per week (unless otherwise specified), in euros.
Prices quoted are for up to 4 persons.

A 25% or £300 / 300€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of £300 / 300€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment accepted by bank transfer in Sterling or Euros.
Payment can also be accepted via Paypal, but the guest pays the additional Paypal fee.
From April to October inclusive, Mandatory Tourist Tax is payable at 2€ per person (aged 13 and over) per night, for the first 7 nights. From November to March inclusive, the Mandatory Tourist Tax is 1€ per person, per night, for 7 nights.
Please note, after booking the property you will be required to complete and return booking forms and a standard terms of rental agreement. This is to protect you, the guest, as well as the property owner. You will also be required to provide passport information in advance of arrival, this is a legal requirement in Portugal.

By Kate on 06-Sep-2025Nice place to stay for a few days. Had everything we needed. Well cleaned and equipped. Perfect terrace with sun loungers and lovely views. Extremely peaceful. Pool was good size but in need of some repair and general upkeep. Lots of steps to get to pool which wasn’t clear from property description unfortunately. Location close to town but up a steep hill so wear flat shoes!
Super mini break
By Leigh S on 28-Aug-2025Lovely well appointed townhouse a few minutes walk from the centre and beach. The accommodation was brilliant with everything we required. The house is over 3 levels with a central spiral staircase. Pool area is located down a few flights of stairs into a secure gated area and had toilets, loungers and a shaded area. All towels and linen were supplied, towels changed mid week. Carvoeiro is based in a cove so there is quite a few steps to contend with so anyone with limited mobility may want to take this into consideration. Check in was a breeze and Susie was always available, but we did not need to call on her as everything we needed was there.
Lovely, clean and comfortable
By Wendie DaSilva on 28-Aug-2025This was a lovely, clean comfortable townhouse for our family. The views from the rooftop and living room balconies were spectacular. Not a far walk from downtown Carvoeiro (just a steep hill, but a staircase can also get you up and down). It was also a pretty quiet area given how close to downtown it is. Large common pool that was well maintained. Definitely recommend this property and Susie who helped us with the booking. She was outstanding to work with.

The house was spotlessly clean on our arrival and had all the equipment needed for our stay. The house is situated on top of a hill which is quite a steep walk down into the town but only takes around 5 minutes, there is a set of steps to get down too which is easier. The pool area was great with plenty of sun loungers and never felt overly busy. We had a lovely time and would definitely return :) Thanks again for a lovely stay!
