The spacious living/dining room has patio doors to the terrace which is ideal for alfresco dining or lounging in the glorious sunshine.
Bedroom one boasts the luxury of air conditioning, built-in wardrobe an en-suite shower room, and has it's very own private balcony. Bedroom 2 is ideally located adjacent to the family bathroom, with built in wardrobe, air conditioning and also has a balcony of it's own. The kitchen is well appointed and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday.
Guests can stroll to Praia do Carvoeiro in about 5 minutes, with the secluded Praia do Paraíso just 350 m away via cliff steps, and the scenic boardwalk to Algar Seco (complete with caves and the “Boneca” rock) within a 10-minute cliffside walk
Boat tours from Carvoeiro Beach to the stunning Benagil Cave, plus sea‑kayaking and paddleboarding, are hugely popular
For hiking, the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail starts nearby and leads to breathtaking coastal views and hidden coves.
Fresh seafood is a must—grilled sardines, octopus, and cataplana at beachfront O Pescador are local favourites
For vegetarian-friendly cafés, Earth Shop & Café offers wholesome options and great coffee
Don’t miss the famed Chicken George for authentic piri‑piri chicken nearby
Walk the boardwalk through Algar Seco at sunset—it’s often cited as offering the best coastal views in Europe
The small 17th-century fort (“Nossa Senhora da Encarnação”) at the boardwalk’s start gives a charming historical touch
In about 15 minutes by car, you’ll find the world-renowned Praia da Marinha (Michelin-listed among Europe’s best beaches) . For family fun, Slide & Splash water park is nearby, and the traditional fishing village of Ferragudo and wine tastings in Lagoa are all within easy reach.
Car hire is recommended but not essential, and there is a private car port for your use. For those not wishing to drive, we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation.
There is an information folder for guests use in the house. This contains a comprehensive guide to the area, restaurants, places of interest and emergency telephone numbers.

Our friendly English and Portuguese speaking staff are on hand to assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
As a small family business we look after a few townhouses in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the townhouse before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the townhouse.
Baby equipment such Cot and High chair, are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire.
Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.
We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.
Check in is after 4pm and check out is before 10am.

A 25% or £300 / 300€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of £300 / 300€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment accepted by bank transfer in Sterling or Euros.
Payment can also be accepted via Paypal, but the guest pays the additional Paypal fee.
From April to October inclusive, Mandatory Tourist Tax is payable at 2€ per person (aged 13 and over) per night, for the first 7 nights. From November to March inclusive, the Mandatory Tourist Tax is 1€ per person, per night, for 7 nights.
Please note, after booking the property you will be required to complete and return booking forms and a standard terms of rental agreement. This is to protect you, the guest, as well as the property owner. You will also be required to provide passport information in advance of arrival, this is a legal requirement in Portugal.

Roof terrace with spectacular view

There's a lovely roof terrace with a spectacular view, the balcony off the lounge is spacious and gets plenty of sun. The house is very clean and the lady who cleans is very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very conveniently situated, within walking distance from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants, there's also a car port if you have a car which is great. We would highly recommend staying here, booking the accommodation is very easy and we are counting the days until we are there again.
Fantastic townhouse
