Traditional Portuguese villa all on one floor boasting 3 comfortable double bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite, private large pool, off road parking with a car port, air con in all bedrooms and lounge. Roof terrace with seating area taking in those sea views and sun sets. A well equipped family kitchen for self catering needs. Outside there is a family eating area with a built in stone barbeque , roof sun terrace with a pergola perfect for those sundowners, sunbeds by the pool and plenty of shaded seating areas. The villa is fully fenced and private with a small landscaped garden . The pool is spacious and steps lead into a shallow end 1.1metre depth and the deep end 1.9 metres depth ideal for children or those with restricted mobility together with comfy sunbeds and sufficient shade for hot days.

Inside the three bedrooms are spacious with an ensuite in main bedroom and one main family bathroom, with hairdryers and UK 3 pin bedside sockets for mobile phone charging in each bedroom. There are also insect nets on all windows essential in summer and shutters for complete privacy.

The lounge/diner is very comfortable with a large corner settee and a dining table and chairs. There are double doors out to both terraces and the pool accessed by a few steps. There are books and games provided, with English TV channels(no adult channels}

Check in after 4pm and check out by 12pm but some flexibility can be arranged due to flight arrival/departure times.
Booking conditions require a 10% deposit of total rental fees on confirmation of reservation with full payment of total rental fees required 6 weeks before stay.
The 10% deposit required on booking confirmation reserves your booking and acts as a breakage deposit which will normally be returned in full within 7 days of end of stay by bank transfer.
Cancellation of your booking 6 weeks before your stay will qualify for a full return of your deposit paid.
Cancellation after the 6 week period before your rental period the 10% deposit becomes non refundable.
