The Villa has been in the same family for 24 years and lovingly updated keeping traditional Portugese features. Located in between Ferragudo and Carvoeiro in the residential urbanisation of Sesmarias central Algarve.With close proximity to local beaches, golf courses , tennis club and restaurants, bars and clubs and a small local supermarket. A perfect choice for your next holiday in the Algarve.

Traditional Portuguese villa all on one floor boasting 3 comfortable double bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite, private large pool, off road parking with a car port, air con in all bedrooms and lounge. Roof terrace with seating area taking in those sea views and sun sets. A well equipped family kitchen for self catering needs. Outside there is a family eating area with a built in stone barbeque , roof sun terrace with a pergola perfect for those sundowners, sunbeds by the pool and plenty of shaded seating areas. The villa is fully fenced and private with a small landscaped garden . The pool is spacious and steps lead into a shallow end 1.1metre depth and the deep end 1.9 metres depth ideal for children or those with restricted mobility together with comfy sunbeds and sufficient shade for hot days.
Inside the three bedrooms are spacious with an ensuite in main bedroom and one main family bathroom, with hairdryers and UK 3 pin bedside sockets for mobile phone charging in each bedroom. There are also insect nets on all windows essential in summer and shutters for complete privacy.
The lounge/diner is very comfortable with a large corner settee and a dining table and chairs. There are double doors out to both terraces and the pool accessed by a few steps. There are books and games provided, with English TV channels(no adult channels}

Check in after 4pm and check out by 12pm but some flexibility can be arranged due to flight arrival/departure times.
Booking conditions require a 10% deposit of total rental fees on confirmation of reservation with full payment of total rental fees required 6 weeks before stay.
The 10% deposit required on booking confirmation reserves your booking and acts as a breakage deposit which will normally be returned in full within 7 days of end of stay by bank transfer.
Cancellation of your booking 6 weeks before your stay will qualify for a full return of your deposit paid.
Cancellation after the 6 week period before your rental period the 10% deposit becomes non refundable.

Fabulous base for a great Algarve experience
By Ian Simpson on 13-Jun-2025Villa Caso Campo offers an ideal base for families or a group of friends from where to explore the Algarve or just relax by the large pool. The villa is clean and tidy, with free Wi-Fi and ample parking, plus if you are not driving then the taxi's and Uber's and very cheap and never far away. The bedrooms are very comfortable and a goods nights sleep is guaranteed. The villa owners stay nearby and are always on hand to assist with any problems or issues you may have - although we did not require them. The Algarve's numerous sandy beaches are within easy reach and the fabulous West coast of Portugal with its stunning views is less than 50 minutes away. If you are looking for night life, then Carvoeiro is full of it, along with great restaurants. Would I go back - without a seconds thought - loved every minute of it.

They stay local to the property and are always on hand if needed. The accommodation is exceptionally clean, comfortable, homely, spacious and brilliantly equipped with great facilities. If you're looking to relax, this is the perfect place to chill, sunbath and swim. The pool is huge and simply delightful! There are many local amenities and places to visit if you like to explore. The Algarve offers beautiful sandy beaches and plenty of bars and restaurants. This holiday would be suitable for family or group of friends. Our visits have always been wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed, making treasured memories.
