Casa LottieAmazing location, in the centre of Carvoeiro with pools and parking.
From the large open terrace, which enjoys early sunshine for breakfast and a view over the valley and pools, the front door leads into the generous entrance hallway allowing access to the whole apartment.
There are two large bedrooms (one with King-sized bed and one with twin beds) both have fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. There are two shower rooms both equipped with walk-in showers with overhead rain and handheld shower heads.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances: fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave along with small appliances, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee machine. The cupboards and drawers are full of what you would expect to find in your own home. There is also a clothes drying area, iron and ironing board.
Facing onto the wide sunny garden terrace the air-conditioned lounge/dining room is light bright and airy, very comfortably furnished and complete with wood burning stove for those chilly winter evenings. There is high quality WiFi throughout the apartment.
The spacious terrace runs the full width of the apartment, with good size table and chairs, an ideal place for al fresco dining. Casa Lottie is one of the very few apartments on the whole complex which has a private garden area leading from the terrace. There is a pair of comfortable reclining chairs on the decking, great for sunbathing or quietly reading in the sun. The deck in the evening is a very desirable and tranquil place to be, while enjoying the view over the valley and village rooftops with a Sundowner in hand.
Casa Lottie conveniently located in Monte Dourado. A comfortable, roomy, light, airy, ground floor apartment in the heart of the village it is amazingly calm even in the busier summer months. A few steps take you to one of the 5 pool areas and beyond just a 5 minutes stroll downhill brings you to the beach and the many cafes, restaurants, bars and shops the village has to offer. Ideally situated for a great holiday. Car hire not necessary.
The complex of Monte Dourado is in the very heart of Carvoeiro so you have easy walking access to the village and its many attractions. At the same time it is quiet and there is ample free parking, which is not available in the village itself.

There are five swimming pools in the complex (one heated in winter), all with separate children’s pool, sun loungers and umbrellas.

In case of no show , the guest will lose 100 % of the amount of the rent.

Perfect relaxing base in Carvoeiro

The location is brilliant — walking distance to Carvoeiro’s bars, shops and restaurants, so you can leave the car and wander down in the evening. The apartment itself is lovely. Really nice outdoor terrace that’s perfect for morning coffeea glass of wine in the evening. Inside, it’s clean, comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook if you fancy a night in. Would suit couplesfamilies wanting a quiet, relaxing base that’s still right on the doorstep of everything. Highly recommend Casa Lottie — thanks for a great stay! 5/5
Great Location
By David M on 22-Oct-2025Lovely, spacious apartment in a quiet yet central location — just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The terrace and small garden are perfect for morning coffeeevening drinks. Inside, everything is spotless, modern, and well-equipped (great kitchen, comfy beds, strong WiFi, and air conditioning). Access to multiple pools and tennis courts in the complex is a real bonus. Overall, an excellent stay — comfortable, convenient, and great value. Highly recommend for couplesfamilies.

By Deborah R on 07-Apr-2026The location couldn’t have been better. Everything you could need is just a short walk away, from shops and restaurants to bars and the beach. It made getting around so easy. The apartment itself has two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The outdoor space was lovely and private for relaxing on the sun loungers. Having access to seven different pools was handy, especially the heated one. The apartment was spotless and fresh towels were provided for our stay. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located place to stay!
Perfect stay at Casa Lottie
By Michael S on 16-Apr-2026The apartment is in a great area, less than a 10 min walk to everything in Carvoeiro. The garden area was a nice addition, we enjoyed drinks there at sunset and sunbathing in the day. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our breakfast in the mornings and enjoy a coffee with the coffee machine. Plenty of room in the bedrooms and wardrobe space for everyone & it was nice to have 2 separate bathrooms so we all had our own space. The living room is cosy in the evenings to watch TV. Would definitely recommend. Super place.

It was located in a very quiet residential area, even though it was a 5-7 minute walk to the center of Carvoeiro. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. The house was warm and cozy. There are wonderful restaurants and cafes within a 5-10 minute walk, as well as a really beautiful coastal deck path. If you're a traveler staying in Carvoeiro, I recommend you to choose it without hesitation. I had a very satisfying rest. Thank you.
