Description
Casa 37 is a lovely spacious villa located 5min drive from Carvoeiro town centre near Carvoeiro Tennis&Padel Club. The villa has recently been re-furbished, it is tastefully furnished and offers modern comforts for your holiday. Beautiful seavews from the upstairs terrace.The villa has four comfortable bedrooms, two doubles and two twins, all with en-sute facilties. The open plan living area joins together with the modern fully fitted kitchen. The villa has been finished to a high specification by its current owners, beautifully furnished throughout with full air-conditioning.
On the main ground floor the villa comprises of an entrance hall, living areas, kitchen, laundry room and three of the four bedrooms; the master double bedroom is upstairs. Upstairs there is also a seating area with views to the sea and cooking area with gas bbq and sink.
Double glazed patio doors lead out from the kitchen and living area to the terrace and the swimming pool. The swimming pool is large 6x11m and can be heated for an extra cost.
Car hire is recommended and there is plenty off-road parking on the villa grounds up to three cars.
A cot and high chair are provided free of charge when requested and we can provide a foldable Z-bed for a child up to 12 years of age.
All towels and linen provided including separate towels for the pool use.
Check-in from 4pm and check-out at 10am, preferred changeover day is Thursday.
All check-in information will be emailed to the client approx two weeks prior the holiday
