Description
This stunning 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa located on a large private plot on the popular resort of Quinta do Paraiso is within easy walking distance of the village of Carvoeiro where you will find numerous shops, bars, restaurants and a beach. The resort itself also has a restaurant and pool bar or the popular Monte Carvoeiro square with is bars and restaurants is just a 5 minute walk away.Guest have use of the resort facilities including communal pools, kids club, tennis courts and mini golf. The resort also have nightly family entertainment at the bar during summer months.
The villa is ideal for families or groups sleeping up to 8 adults and 4 children. There are 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite, 1 twin bedroom with separate shower room and 1 children's bedroom with single bed, pull out bed and en-suite with junior size toilet, sink, bath and shower. Cots can be provided for babies and a sofa-bed is available in the master bedroom for young children.
The villa is on a secure and safe plot that is fully fenced and has electric gates leading to a large driveway with space for 3 cars. Beautiful gardens surround the villa with plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the stunning view across the valley and out to sea. To the side of the villa is a grassed garden area ideal for children to play away from the pool area. Steps lead down from the garden to the pool area where there are sun loungers available for you to relax and enjoy the fabulous view. At the top of the stairs is the jacuzzi hot tub, the perfect spot to enjoy a sunset drink (please note there is an additional fee of £105 per week for the hot tub).
We can provide two cots and two highchairs free of charge.
An extra fold up bed ot the sofa bed in the master bedroom can be provided for young children for £50 each per week.
We take a 20% deposit and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. We also take a £400 damage deposit.
Tourist Tax - All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay tourist tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7. We will collect this from you prior to your stay.

By Trisha M on 19-Jul-2025Our family of 8(6 adults and two kids - 4 and 7) spent a lovely week in this home exploring the Algarve. The view alone is absolutely breathtaking. The pool was our kids favorite place and it was such an incredibly relaxing space for everyone to unwind. The villa was extremely well equipped and beautifully furnished. Lots of great restaurants and a grocery stores a short walk away so a car is not required. The owner gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit and places to eat which was very helpful as it was our first visit to Portugal. It wont’t be our last. We can’t wait to return and already thinking we will rebook this villa.

It was our first time renting a villa directly with the owner so we were a bit apprehensive but everything was great from initial communication with Liz who answered all our many questions and gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit and to eat out, to the management and maid service during our stay. It was all perfect and we had the best holiday. The villa was fantastic. Very clean and well equipped and the view across the valley to the sea is beautiful. It is in a great location within walking distance of Carvoeiro town and beach. There were so many lovely restaurants to choose from. We wished we had booked for longer than a week and will most certainly look to return again in the future
Travelled with family and young children
By Graham P on 12-Aug-2025Liz was very responsive and the whole process was very smooth. The house is great - lots of bathrooms and good separation of living and sleeping space. Nice big, well-equipped kitchen. The pool area is fantastic and has that gorgeous view over the valley to the sea. Only minor niggle was that the outside table struggled to accommodate all 9 of us together.The location is just brilliant - an easy walk to the town centre, 3 mins to a small Spar and 2 mins to the Trattoria Oliveira, which serves brilliant food. The fresh fish dishes were magnificent.We had a great stay and would heartily recommend!
Family holiday
By Una L on 08-Jun-2025We returned to Portugal with the family for a weeks holiday. The villa was great and just like the photos. The pool and garden are lovely and we took advantage of the BBQ and outdoor patio. Communication with the host was very good and we had an issue in the Sunday at the villa but it was sorted very promptly that day which was very much appreciated. It’s an easy walk into town where there are lots of restaurants and bars. The local spar has all the essentials so made life easy. There is some building work happening next door which created a bit of noise but we headed to the beach - which are fabulous. We’d a lovely holiday !
Great villa with spectacular view

The views from the terrace and pool are wonderful and the villa itself is very well equipped and so homely. Liz was extremely quick to respond to any queries and so helpful at every stage. The villa is a 10 minute walk to the lovely town and beach of Carvoeiro with so many choices of bars and restaurants. There are more restaurants even closer to the villa too. We loved black salt restaurant and the cocktail garden in Monte Carvoeiro just a 5 minute walk away. We would love to return.
