This stunning 3 bedroom property with private swimming pool nestled in the centre of Carvoeiro is only a stones throw from the beach.A hidden oasis, the pool and garden radiate an ambience of relaxation and tranquility yet you are only metres from an abundance of restaurants, shops and bars.
The swimming pool is a generous 6m x 6m and is bordered by a terrace equipped with sun loungers, parasols, a pergola, outdoor dining area and barbecue.
The accommodation itself comprises of 3 en-suite bedrooms and an open plan kitchen / living / dining area. The living / dining area opens onto a large balcony with spectacular views of the town beach. The balcony is partially covered and offers further options for outdoor seating and dining. The master bedroom boasts the same striking view of Carvoeiro beach and opens onto another balcony. The second double bedroom is an annexe bedroom (accessed from a separate external door) and the third bedroom has bunk beds.
There is Wi-Fi, air conditioning and cots for infants are available on request.
The villa has beds for up to 4 adults and 2 children.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

The location is fantastic. The beach is really close and there are so many restaurants to choose from in Carvoeiro. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
Fabulous villa

Wonderful holiday villa

location, location, location
By Andy on 01-Jul-2022Location, location, location. Carvoeiro is crowded and busy, this AirBnB is above the streets and traffic with a fabulous view of the town and beach. The walk to town is short (+/- 8 mins). Huge living / dining area and great deck. Deck has multiple small and large tables and plenty of chairs and space. Private pool that is lovely and not visible to any other buildings. Parking was convenient. We did not need to use our cars except when going on a day trip. 3rd bedroom is in its own private building with it''s own bathroom and A/C. Worked great for us, with family in main house and 2nd couple in the private unit. Managing agency is very responsive.
