Located on the sought after resort of Quinta do Paraiso, Casa Colly is a 2-bedroom detached villa with private swimming pool located just a short, scenic walk into Carvoeiro village centre where you can find a wonderful selection of cafes and restaurants together with supermarkets, bars, gift shops and a stunning, golden sand beach.

Guests can avail of the facilities on the Quinta Do Paraiso resort including swimming pools (one heated), kid's club, tennis court, daily activities, 2 onsite restaurants, poolside cocktail / snack bar, and onsite mini-market located next to the reception providing the basic essentials (mini market closed winter months).

New to the rental market in 2025, the accommodation comprises of an open plan living / dining room, kitchen, conservatory / sun room, master bedroom with super king bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a second bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans, utensils, crockery and other necessities you would expect.

The property has wi-fi and there is a smart TV in the living room so guests can sign into Netflix, Prime, Disney + and other streaming services. There are dual air conditioning / heating units in both bedrooms and the living area. The living room also has a log burning fireplace for those who prefer a fire on those cooler evenings. The windows and patio door in the villa are all fitted with mosquito screens.

Set on a large plot of 1,350m2, the villa offers privacy, a private swimming pool and plenty of outdoor space in which to enjoy the Algarve sunshine. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor table for alfresco dining and a charcoal barbecue for grilling. There is plenty of space for parking on the drive for those you plan to hire a car.

Carvoeiro is a popular seaside town with many options for international dining out. Enjoy a gentle stroll along The Boardwalk, taking in spectacular views of the coastline. Boat trips exploring the stunning caves and grottos, leave regularly from the beach. During the summer months (June – September), the square is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a meal and drinks, whilst live music and dancing can be enjoyed every night, from the summer stage.

Carvoeiro boasts 3 nearby golf courses, water park and Carvoeiro Tennis & Padel Club which features a variety of activities such as tennis, padel, pickleball, yoga, pilates, wellness centre with masseuse and physiotherapist, a fully fitted gym and more, all within a short drive of the villa.

A 7 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo. The city of Portimão just a little further afield but still only a 15 minute drive.

Located in such a central location, the villa is just a stones throw away from so many attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.


Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
