A very private 6 bedroomed modern villa with a lovely large 12m x 6 m swimming pool and hot tub that is ideal for family holidays .The villa is designed to a high standard for a relaxing and comfortable stay .
Located to the east of Carvoeiro- 5 min drive /25 min walk there are views to the Monchique mountains and the villa benefits from being in a very quiet and private area with its own orchard and surrounding land in a large plot .
The villa is fully fenced and gated with plenty of private parking inside the villa .
There is a large main lounge with TV . Patio doors lead out to a covered outdoor lounge with comfortable seating and garden views .
There is a large modern fully equipped Kitchen dining room with patio doors and views to the pool and garden areas .
There is a washing machine, iron and maiden .
The large pool has sunbeds and umbrellas and an outside shower and hot tub . There is a large patio with stylish shades , more comfortable seating ,BBQ and fridge and a dining area .
There is outdoor seating by all bedrooms for privacy .
There is an outdoor table tennis table .

BEDROOMS - all en-suite, air-conditioning + hairdryer .
DOWNSTAIRS- main house - king room + double room with twin adjoining - ideal for children
- apartment - king room + twin room - can be either linked or locked to be separate with outside doors each . these rooms are suitable for the less abled , - wider doors and wet room showers .

UPSTAIRS - king room - bath and shower + private balcony with sunbeds

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE NOTES

CHANGEOVER DAY - can be any day if available
LENGTH OF STAY - weekly bookings only with any number of days added if available .

CHECK IN - 4pm CHECK OUT 10 am *** times to suit can be arranged if at all possible with regard to other bookings .

MEET AND GREET you will be met at the villa on arrival .
Drinks and foods can be arranged with you in advance for your arrival if needed. There is a local supermarket that delivers an online shop to the villa .

EXTRAS - high chairs and cots available on request at no extra charge . Z-Beds available at a cost of £200.00 per week



BOOKING
The owners are always available to answer any queries you may have
a 25% deposit secures with the balance due 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival with a damages deposit of 5% refundable after your holiday provided no damages .
A rental contract is posted to you when you decide to book .
