This lovely air conditioned Colina Branca townhouse is a set on a small superbly located complex of holiday townhouses, situated just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach at the centre of Carvoeiro.The traditional Algarvean townhouse has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and can sleep a maximum of 4 adults. It has wonderful views over the bay of Carvoeiro.
In addition the large shared pool and lush gardens make Colina Branca a wonderful holiday location.
This individually owned townhouse is situated in a rural, tranquil position enjoying splendid sea and countryside views from the roof terrace and spacious balconies, and is only metres from the large communal swimming pool and lush landscaped gardens. The traditional house has a double and a twin bedroom and can sleep up to 4 people.
Just 5 minutes walking distance from the heart of this lively little fishing town, Colina Branca is the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches only minutes away, in addition to Pestana Golf Centre being a few minutes’ driving distance.
The large elegant living/dining room is furnished to a high standard, with patio doors to the fantastic terrace ideal for al-fresco dining or lounging in the glorious sunshine.
Bedroom one boasts the luxury of an en-suite shower room, and has it's very own private balcony. Bedroom 2 is ideally located adjacent to the family bathroom, and also has a balcony of it's own. The kitchen is well appointed and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Living Room - Large living room and dining area combined. Sofa sitting and large dining table. TV with international channels and fibre optic internet. Log burner. Patio doors leading to sheltered South facing sun terrace with sea view, additional dining table and chairs, and sun loungers.
Kitchen - Fully appointed kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and storage cupboards.
Bedrooms - One bedroom with double bed, en-suite shower room and sliding patio doors to small balcony. One further bedroom with twin beds, with sliding patio doors to small balcony, situated next to family bathroom. The house comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults.
Bathroom - En-suite shower room to bedroom 1, plus a family bathroom.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - Linen and bath towels are included in rental costs. We provide a maid service once a week, this is included in the rental cost.
Both bedrooms 1 and 2 have their own terraced patio areas. The roof terrace offers privacy and an excellent spot to sunbathe or simply watch the sun go down over the Atlantic. The living room terrace is sheltered and South facing, with a superb view over Carvoeiro and the ocean. Colina Branca has its own private landscaped gardens in addition to the communal swimming pool. The gardens and pool areas are all lit at night. Please note there is no swimming permitted after 8pm.

Car hire is recommended, the townhouse has a car port for your use. For those not wishing to drive,we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation.

Beach
There are some wonderful beaches close by. In addition to the beach at Carvoeiro, within 5 minutes drive are Praia de Marinha, Benagil, Carvalho and Albandeira. Centianes beach is approx. 15 minutes walk away.
The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks.
Golf
Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is very close by. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgardo courses are all within a 20 minutes drive.
Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.
Location
Carvoeiro is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Car hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro. The big supermarket, Intermaché, on the road to Lagoa is a few minutes’ drive.
The nearest big supermarket to Colina Branca is Intermarche – only 3 or 4 minutes’ drive away. This offers a large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, meats and fish and just about everything else you will need to make your holiday easier. However, there is a small supermarket (and off-licence) just 3 or 4 minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro for all emergency essentials and fresh bread and pastries. Cash point machines and banks are available in Carvoeiro.
Our friendly English and Portuguese speaking staff are on hand to assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
As a small family business we look after a few townhouses in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the townhouse before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the townhouse.
Baby equipment such Cot and High chair, are available on request for a small additional charge, please ask.
We provide a maid service once a week, this is included in the rental cost.
Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.
Check in is after 4pm and check out is before 10am.
Prices shown are for the property per week (unless otherwise specified), in euros.

A 25% or £300 / 300€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of £300 / 300€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment accepted by bank transfer in Sterling or Euros.
Payment can also be accepted via Paypal, but the guest pays the additional Paypal fee.
Please note, after booking the property you will be required to complete and return booking forms and a standard terms of rental agreement. This is to protect you, the guest, as well as the property owner. You will also be required to provide passport information in advance of arrival, this is a legal requirement in Portugal.

Lovely stay
By Charlotte on 06-Aug-2025We had an amazing stay at Casa Linda. The communication from susie has been excellent from the start to finish. The house was spotlessly clean on our arrival and had all the equipment needed for our stay. The house is situated on top of a hill which is quite a steep walk down into the town but only takes around 5 minutes, there is a set of steps to get down too which is easier. The pool area was great with plenty of sun loungers and never felt overly busy. We had a lovely time and would definitely return :) Thanks again for a lovely stay!
We felt right at home

We loved the private balcony and rooftop which had amazing views of the town and ocean. The beach and restaurants were just a 5 minute walk and the stairs down to the main street made getting into town super easy. We would definitely come back and stay again in the future!

By Ray on 26-Jun-2021Great accommodation on 3 levels, cool bedrooms even in high temperatures, nice balconies for alfresco dining including a roof terrace. Easy access to a stunning part of the Algarve coastline, including beautiful beaches, caves and coves, and walks between them.
Great house with carport.
By Jorge on 24-Jul-2021Bedrooms are 1 floor down so they are always cool and an air conditioner is not necessary. House is a bit smaller than expected but big enough. Also a good balcony. House has everything you need, including washing machine and all other equipment. Location is nice but is on a hill. Meaning that you have to walk down a bit and then walk up again. Susie is very nice, flexible and almost always available. 1 disadvantage may be that you hear many seagulls in the early morning, they could wake you up. For the rest we had a great 10 days.
