Description
This fantastic 2 bedroomed house with air conditioning is comfortably furnished and immaculate throughout.The property is single storey with a small private garden and views to the sea. The onsite communal pool is just a short walk away.
Approximately 20 minutes walking distance, or 5 mins by car from the bustling little fishing town of Carvoeiro, Clube Golfemar is the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches only minutes away, in addition to Vale do Milho Golf Course being a very short walk away, and many other Golf Courses within 20 minutes drive.
The villa is immaculate throughout and very comfortable. The light and airy lounge /dining room with air conditioning is comfortably furnished and has a TV and wood burner. Patio doors lead to the terrace and lawn, offering stunning views.
There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, both are air conditioned. The Master bedroom also has a safe and doors to the terrace. There is a separate family bathroom. The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
There is a well-appointed kitchen, fully fitted with microwave oven, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer.
There is as large shared pool on the complex, next to the Lighthouse Restaurant.
Please note:
-The pool area is free of charge to use.
-Pool opening hours from 9am to 8pm;
-Sunbed rental is available for 5 euros per sunbed, per day;
-It’s not permitted for any person(s) to bring sun beds or chairs into the pool area;
-There is no obligation to use a sunbed;
-Anyone choosing not to use the sun beds provided can lay on the grass in the designated area provided;
-No food and drink can be consumed in the pool area unless purchased from the Lighthouse Restaurant. Snacks and drinks for babies and toddlers are permitted.
Car hire is recommended but not essential. For those not wishing to drive, we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - There is a weekly maid service. Linen and bath towels are included in rental costs.
Our friendly English and Portuguese speaking staff are on hand to assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
As a small family business we look after a few properties in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the property before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the property.
A baby cot and high chair can be provided by prior arrangement for a small charge.
Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.
Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 10am.
A 25% or £300 / 300€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of £300 / 300€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Payment can also be accepted via Paypal, but the guest pays the additional Paypal fee.
Please note, after booking the property you will be required to complete and return booking forms and a standard terms of rental agreement. This is to protect you, the guest, as well as the property owner. You will also be required to provide passport information in advance of arrival, this is a legal requirement in Portugal.

Perfect family accommodation

An information book is available for emergencies and must-see places visited. Thank you so much... everything was perfect. I'll save the address for a future stay. Nice and very quiet

Brilliant holiday

The villa itself was perfect for us - there is plenty of space and the garden was perfect for our young son to play in securely. The roof terrace was perfect to watch the sun come up/go down and it was such a peaceful location. There was nothing that hadn’t been thought of, everything we needed was in the villa. The pool area was lovely - very clean and plenty of sun beds, a smaller pool for the little ones and a good sized pool for adults and a great little pool bar. The location was fine for us as we had a car so we had the freedom to drive to where we wanted to go. There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay, we had a brilliant holiday - Thank you Susie x
