Description
This modern air conditioned* 4 bedroom villa has it's own private garden, a fabulous Hot Tub*, plus a roof terrace. The onsite communal pool is just a short walk away.Situated on the Clube Golfe Mar development on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, there are communal pools, the wonderful Lighthouse Restaurant and Snack bar, and Vale do Milho golf course is just at the end of the garden. The perfect place for a relaxing family holiday.
Approximately 20 minutes walking distance, or 5 mins by car from the lively little fishing town of Carvoeiro, Clube Golfe Mar is the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches only minutes away. The resort also has a shared pools, plus the Lighthouse Restaurant and Snack Bar is onsite.
This superbly appointed villa is situated in a tranquil position, with the Vale do Milho Golf Course within throwing distance! It is the perfect spot for your family to relax and forget about the worries of the world.
The house is immaculate throughout, with quality decor and furnishings. The living areas, kitchen, a twin and double bedroom and Family shower room with WC are at entrance level, with a further 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs.
The open plan Lounge Dining room has comfy sofa and armchairs, a large flat-screen smart TV, a selection of reading books, enclosed log burning fireplace, and air conditioning. Sliding patio doors leading to covered a terrace and private garden.
There is a fully fitted and extremely well-equipped kitchen with modern units and tiled walls, stainless steel sink unit and drainer, oven, hob and extractor unit, washing machine, integrated dish washer and fridge freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. From the kitchen there is access to a small courtyard area, ideal for drying laundry, and stairs to the spacious roof terrace.
The villa also the luxury of electric shutters throughout which can be controlled individually by a button next to each window, or all shutters can be opened by a master switch inside front door.
Free Wi-fi is provided, via fast cable broadband internet.
All 4 bedrooms are air conditioned* with fitted wardrobes, and in addition to 3 en suite bathrooms the villa also has a Family Shower room.
Car hire is recommended but not essential. For those not wishing to drive, we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation
Our friendly English and Portuguese speaking staff are on hand to assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
As a small family business we look after a few properties in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa.
Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.
We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.
Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 10am.
A 25% or £500 / 500€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of £500 / 500€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Prices shown are for the property per week in euros, unless otherwise specified.
Prices quoted are for up to 8 people.
*Air conditioning/heating is available throughout the year, at an additional charge of 32€ per night.
*Use of the Hot Tub is 12€ per night.
Baby cot and high chair can be provided by prior arrangement for a small charge.
Mandatory tourist tax is payable at 2€ per person per night in Summer months and 1€ per person, per night, in winter months.
*All bookings between 01 November and 31 March are subject to an additional charge for electricity, payable monthly, charged at 0.20 cents for each unit of electricity used.
Payment accepted by bank transfer in Sterling or Euros.
Payment can also be accepted via Paypal, but the guest pays the additional Paypal fee.
Please note, after booking the property you will be required to complete and return booking forms and a standard terms of rental agreement. This is to protect you, the guest, as well as the property owner. You will also be required to provide passport information in advance of arrival, this is a legal requirement in Portugal..

The highlight for us was the stunning roof terrace – it offers beautiful views, especially at sunset, and is the perfect cosy spot to relax in the evenings. The hot tub was a fantastic addition and made our stay feel extra special. The location is ideal – you’re within walking distance of 5 or 6 excellent restaurants, each with great food and atmosphere. Ubers were always readily available, with the longest wait being just 6 or 7 minutes, which made getting around super easy. The local beaches are absolutely fabulous – clean, scenic, and perfect for a day of sun and sea. Overall, the villa was the perfect base for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Highly recommend!

Nice and tidy and clean, the communication was great and the check-in and check-out totally uncomplicated. The place, small but nice. Ideal for dining with the family in the evening. Absolute recommendation!
Casa Isabel
By Sarah on 04-Aug-2022Casa Isabel is a spacious, well presented villa within a lovely location. We were a family of 5 + 2 friends. It housed 7 very comfortably. Clean and tidy throughout with spacious rooms. The garden is private with a great bbq area, and several seating/table options. The roof terrace is a bonus comprising lovely comfortable seating with stunning views out to the sea. Our only slight gripe was that the mattresses in the bedrooms are really firm (which may suit some). And restricted to 1 pillow each. Other than this, a perfect venue and a fabulous holiday location. Recommend a car for getting out and about too. Would definately recommend this villa to family and friends

The house is really well located (close to beaches and shops by car, close to touristic things to do in Algarve), spacious, with 4 big bedrooms a bathroom for each ! You have everything you can need in the house (kitchen well furnished, tv, books, beach game for kids…). We came with a baby of 2 y.o. and didn’t had any problem with the stairs. The hot tub is really a plus, really nice to relax !

By Maarten on 25-Sep-2021The villa was as advertised well and even better than the pictures showed, with a nice communal pool. Beautiful rooftop terrace with ocean views. Very fast and helpful communication with the host. We really enjoyed our stay here (Family of 5). A (rental) car is recommended though.
