The modern open plan kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with oven, hob, a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and coffee machine - everything you need! There is a breakfast bar with stools for 3 people.
The villa has a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus sink.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and the other has two single beds. All have air conditioning.
The Master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, and there is a further shower room, plus family bathroom to serve the remaining bedrooms.
There is also a fabulous poolside BBQ area ideal for al-fresco dining at any time of the day. The villa also benefits from an outdoor pool table and table tennis table which is guaranteed to keep the whole family amused. For golfers among you theirs even a Practice Golf hole to the side of the villa!In addition to the large pool and BBQ area there is an upstairs terrace with comfy lounging furniture which has a superb view of the surrounding area, the perfect place to enjoy a cool glass of your chosen sun-downer!
Car hire, which we can arrange if required, is recommended but not essential. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for you and your party from Faro Airport direct to the accommodation. Price available upon request.
Our friendly English and Portuguese speaking staff are on hand to assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
As a small family business we look after a few properties in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa.
Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.
We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.
Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 10am.
A 25% or £400 / 450€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of £400 / 450€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

*All bookings between 01 November and 31 March are subject to an additional charge for electricity, payable monthly, charged at 0.20 cents for each unit of electricity used.

Please note, after booking the property you will be required to complete and return booking forms and a standard terms of rental agreement. This is to protect you, the guest, as well as the property owner. You will also be required to provide passport information in advance of arrival, this is a legal requirement in Portugal.
