This luxury 4 bedroomed Algarve villa with sea views benefits from heated pool and BBQ area, and is ideally situated on the peaceful outskirts of Carvoeiro but is easily walkable or a short drive from beautiful beaches (Carvoeiro 5 min, Vale Centianes 10 min) and array of restaurants, bars and cafés (10 min), and just 5 min drive from the supermarket. It has a large private pool with surrounding terrace and fantastic BBQ area offering stunning views across the area. This tranquil holiday villa offers everything necessary for a relaxing family holiday.This beautifully maintained house offers a piece of Algarvean luxury. The large airy open plan living area is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, TV and DVD player, air conditioning, attractive open fireplace, and has triple aspect bi-fold doors opening onto a terrace and large private swimming pool area.This beautifully maintained house offers a piece of Algarvean luxury. There is a fabulous Sonos music system, for music inside and outside.
The dining area with seating for 8 people enjoys beautiful views across the Algarve.
The modern open plan kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with oven, hob, a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and coffee machine - everything you need! There is a breakfast bar with stools for 3 people.
The villa has a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus sink.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and the other has two single beds. All have air conditioning*.
The Master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, and there is a further shower room, plus family bathroom to serve the remaining bedrooms.
There is also a fabulous poolside BBQ area ideal for al-fresco dining at any time of the day. The villa also benefits from an outdoor pool table and table tennis table which is guaranteed to keep the whole family amused. For golfers among you theirs even a Practice Golf hole to the side of the villa!In addition to the large pool and BBQ area there is an upstairs terrace with comfy lounging furniture which has a superb view of the surrounding area, the perfect place to enjoy a cool glass of your chosen sun-downer!
Car hire, which we can arrange if required, is recommended but not essential. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for you and your party from Faro Airport direct to the accommodation. Price available upon request.
Our friendly English and Portuguese speaking staff are on hand to assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.
As a small family business we look after a few properties in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa.
Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.
We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.
Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 10am.
A 25% or £500 / 500€ (whichever is greater) deposit is required at time of booking. The final balance plus a returnable breakage deposit of £500 / 500€ is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

*Air conditioning/heating is available throughout the year, at an additional charge of £195/230€ per week
*Pool heating is available at an additional cost of £195/230€ per week
Baby cot and high chair can be provided by prior arrangement for a small charge.
**From June 15th to Sept 13th we accept Saturday to Saturday bookings only.
*All bookings between 01 November and 31 March are subject to an additional charge for electricity, payable monthly, charged at 0.25 cents for each unit of electricity used.
Payment accepted by bank transfer in Sterling or Euros.
Payment can also be accepted via Paypal, but the guest pays the additional Paypal fee.
Please note, after booking the property you will be required to complete and return booking forms and a standard terms of rental agreement. This is to protect you, the guest, as well as the property owner. You will also be required to provide passport information in advance of arrival, this is a legal requirement in Portugal.

Beautiful Villa

Loved the inclusion of pool/beach towels so we didn’t need to take any. The outdoor BBQ was great too. Rosa checked in on us mid week and she was lovely & helpful. Excellent.

By Angela Oliver on 30-Jul-2025The property was absolutely perfect! Even better in real life than in the photos. Brilliant facilities for cooking both inside and outside at the BBQ area. The pool was a fantastic size with comfortable sunbeds and seating areas for relaxing and dining. Inside the villa was spacious and incredibly well cleaned with all the amenities you could need. Our 17 year old son particularly enjoyed the outside pool and table tennis facilities. The views from the villa were beautiful. It was about a 20 minute down hill walk into the centre of Carvoeiro, we didn't attempt the walk back up. There are plenty of local taxis and Uber/Bolt taxis which we made good use of. A fantastic villa for a family break or with friends. We would 100% consider returning.

By Pearl K on 26-Sep-2024We loved the house and everything about it. It has every appliance that you would need, incl outdoor kitchen, ping pong table, pooltable and washingmachine/dryer! We stayed for 8 days and it was the perfect base location to explore the Algarve region. If we ever come back with a larger company, then we surely would book this house again!

I would highly recommend this villa and if we come back next year we would love to rebook!
Wonderful villa and host!
By Lisa Exley on 12-Jun-2025What a wonderful villa and host! Suzi was fabulous - so friendly and helpful, very honest too. The villa was superb, set out perfectly for two families. Stunning location, private and quiet but close enough to walk to the town for beach, restaurants and bars! The villa was also super clean, fresh linen and towels which a maid changed midweek and stayed for a few hours cleaning around. The pool guy came twice too within our 7 day stay! What made the villa all that better was the added extras such as kitchen equipment and even condiments, it was wonderful. Highly recommend to anyone! Thank you
