BBQ - If its left very dirty upon check out a charge of £100.00 will be deducted from the damage deposit

Villa Monte Verde is set in its own grounds access is via a private unmade road, the villa has protected security gates at the entrance. There are 5 bedrooms which are located all on one level and lead off the long hallway. Located at one end of the hallway is a single bedroom which leads to a double bedroom with en-suite and walk in shower both furnished in neutral tones. Kitchen is fully equipped, utility has a Washing machine and tumble dryer. At the other end of the hallway are the 2 twin bedrooms these have fitted units and share a full bathroom and shower. The Master bedroom is decorated in black/white with fitted units TV with en-suite and a further walk in shower.
The lounge-diner has been furnished in calming shades and has seating for 8 on comfy sofas along with a flat screen TV, Internet TV, DVD player available The dining area has seating for 8 people doors lead out to the covered terrace which have steps down to the pool (including security grid) which is 10m x 5m the depth of the swimming pool is 1.0 meter to 2.0 meter deep. Children's play area with astra turf via a gate. Pergola with out side dining table and chairs, please refrain from moving the outside dining table where situated, built in BBQ Sink and outside fridge/beer cabinet, Ample sun loungers to laze around the swimming pool
Air conditioning units are installed in Lounge and bedrooms except the single bedroom, where a fan is available, Please be aware that the units are motion sensor and will go into standby.
Bed linen change once a week, all bath and pool towels provided
Cot and high chair available upon request
Please refrain from moving internally and externally furniture around except for the sun beds
Below under the swimming pool, there is seating and table, if you want to get away from it all
Private parking in gated secured property , with CCTV camera at the front of property only , as illustrated by the gate entrance
Villa Monte Verde, has a very good supermarket within walking distance, called Intermache and a 5 minute drive from Carvoeiro village , here you will find many beautiful beaches, including the beach in Carvoerio, Vale Centianes beach, Benagil and many more. Located just a short drive away is the Slide and Splash water park, Zoomarine Aqua show and and for those who like drinking wine nearby the Algarve Shopping Centre is where Cliff Richard has a vineyard. Traditional sardines is must in Portimao, you can also depart in this area for various boat trips and deep sea fishing with some retail therapy and markets.The Monchique mountains are approximately 40 minute drive, or the town of Silves, where there is a castle of some historic value, which offers you beautiful views of the Algarve, Albufeira and surrounding areas are about 20-30 minute drive, where you will find many night clubs and bars along with the beaches. Vilamoura nearby is where there are more golf courses.
Most of the bars and some of the restaurants feature football fixtures

Lots of outdoor seating for everyone to find their own quiet space and the Air conditioning made sleeping easy in the heat - all in all a 10/10 holiday

Home away from home

The bedrooms were all spacious & the villa was beautifully decorated throughout, it has everything that you need, a real home away from home. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Linda for helping me with everything!
Safe and fantastic for a 3 generation family holiday
By Karena on 12-Apr-2025We had three families staying in this spacious and generously provided villa. Being unlucky with the weather did not matter much. The large heated pool still got plenty of use, and we managed to barbeque twice. It is so easy to cook for large numbers in this villa with good supermarkets on your doorstep. There is a great Italian restaurant a short walk way and plenty more in Carvoeira. Table tennis, swingball and pool toys were provided in addition to the great little children's playground. Thankyou so much, we had a great time.

Home from Home

Everything you need for a fabulous holiday is there for you. Normally holiday villas feel like just a holiday let but this one feels like "home from home". We loved the pool too and the convenient location. With a lovely Italian in walking distance and Carvairo a short drive away. The local supermarket is just over the road so really handy.

Exceeded all expectation… Great Villa
By Andy on 08-Sep-2024We have had a wonderful 10 days here at Monte Verde. We will be looking to return next year. The villa is spacious for families old and young, and offers wonderful sun all day, and great places to relax from the stunning pool and pergola area, and somewhere for the kids to let their hair down in the play area. All 9 of us were so happy and pleasantly surprised by how much we have enjoyed our time here. Linda was absolutely amazing with her communication before our arrival, and even rang to check how things were while we were here. We have many memories of our stay and will always remember our stay here for many years. The intermarche is a 5 min walk away and with us only needing to get down to Carvoeiro we didn’t need a car as Ubers were easy to get from the villa or intermarche. The slide and splash water park is recommended also and is only around 10/15 min drive away. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa to any family wanting a relaxing holiday. We look forward to coming back next year..
