Description
Villa Rosa is a beautiful 3 Bedroom detached Villa with a private pool situated in a quiet cul de sac. The villa is in a quiet location within a 15 minute walk to the restaurants and beaches of Carvoeiro.Large open plan lounge and dining area with sofas and dining table, a gas fire and 2 sets of double doors opening out onto the landscaped gardens and pool area.
Flexible Changeover Days - Minimum Stay 7 Nights
Kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, coffee machine, and separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Bedroom 1 is situated upstairs with private terrace, en suite with toilet, bath and large shower. King size bed.
Bedroom 2 is situated on the ground floor with double doors leading to the pool area. Double bed and use of the downstairs bathroom.
Bedroom 3 is a twin/double room with 2 zip-link single beds which can be zipped together for a double. This bedroom also opens out onto the pool terrace.
The property has air conditioning throughout.
4m x 8m private swimming pool which can be heated (extra charge of £15 per day) surrounded by beautiful terraces with further rattan furniture and sunbeds.
Minimum depth 1.1 metres Maximum depth 2.2 metres.
BBQ and outside dining furniture.
Further gardens containing grassed areas and planted areas.
Not suitable for wheelchair access as property has several steps to all areas.
The villa has limited access to English television channels but does include Netflix.

By Paul on 03-Sep-2025We have just spent a lovely 2 weeks in this wonderful Villa. We were greeted by Rolf who was very helpful and the welcome pack was a very nice suprise. The area is very quiet. There is a SPA mini market and nice Trattoria within about 350 metres. We did not drive and found Ubers brilliant for getting around and bigger shopping. The Pool is great and cleaned twice during our visit. The garden is very attractive with plants and flowers. The villa is beautiful and extremely well equipped. The whole holiday in Villa Rosa was a pleasure.
Amazing holiday
By Jo on 28-Jul-2025We loved everything about this villa/area. The villa has everything you could need, is clean, tidy and just beautiful. The area is friendly with a wide choice of restaurants- boat ride around the gorgeous caves is not to be missed! Really fantastic holiday, thank you.
High quality comfortable villa
By Alan on 05-Jul-2025We loved our 2 weeks at Villa Rosa. Friendly greeting from Rolf with a very generous welcome pack, everything you need to settle in. The villa is very well equipped, a real home from home. Quiet and comfortable it’s the perfect place to relax, and the new pool area and sunshades make it lovely during the day. Carvoeiro is a 30 minute stroll, 5 minutes in a taxi or the tuk-tuk. We loved the live music in the square. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Rosa, thanks for letting us stay.
Perfect
By Tina Heron on 06-May-2025An excellent welcome by Rolf who explained how everything worked, a very generous welcome pack. Sunny in the garden all day shade when needed, good outside furniture, Pool at a lovely temperature and a BBQ what more would you want. Villa clean and tidy, beds comfortable.
Fantastic Villa
By Andrew Driver on 05-Jun-2024We stayed at villa Rosa early June, as we had previously stayed in the area before. So we knew the location was fantastic, as you have a few good restaurants, and cocktail bar (Cocktail Garden) just a 10 minute walk away. After a few cocktails you can make the final journey (10 mins) to Carvoeiro, where you will find a mixture of good bars and restaurants. The star of the show is definitely the villa, from the moment we booked I found Claire and Mike helpful answering any questions we had, upon arrival we were met by Rolf, who was fantastic not only giving us a good tour of the villa, but telling us about the local wine festival in Lagoa - which was brilliant. The pictures do not do this villa justice - it was fantastic, we all loved the outdoor area - we paid extra to heat the pool, as it was a little early in the season - we felt it was well worth it. Villa really clean and well presented - simply the best villa we have stayed in!! - we will be returning !! - Thanks Guys for making this a really memorable holiday!

Two Weeks of Bliss
By Barry Hughes on 15-Jun-2024The beautiful Villa Rosa was the perfect holiday venue for us. The villa was exactly as we hoped, with comfy beds, nice bathrooms and beautiful gardens. All home comforts were provided, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Our daily swims were wonderful and are very much missed. We didn't need to venture far from the Villa. Nor did we want to. Two weeks of bliss in weather that was perfect! This was our first trip to Portugal but it will not be our last.
