We stayed at Villa Cara from 21st - 28th October, and from the very start of the booking Peter was amazing, answered all my emails straight away, with any questions I had. We arrived at Faro to be greeted by our transfer driver, so no delays or running around panicking as I usually do. Upon arriving at the beautiful Villa Cara I was blown away by the driveway leading up to the villa, the garden is amazing and couldn't wait to get inside the villa to explore the rest, (or I can say, is this is my kind of villa, modern, clean, and not kidding everything you can think of was in this villa, it is well equipped and literally everything is thought of, even down to the separate drinking tap, so this saved us trips to get bottled water. Also when we got to the villa we were taken aback with the little grocery items that was left for us, milk, bread, crisps, biscuits, beer, wine, fruit, cheese, ham, (such a lovely touch) we have stayed in villas before, and have never been greeted with this. We had the pool heated and omg, this was the best heated pool we have ever had, the kids loved this, Frankie 8 and Ronnie 3, and 7am every morning they wanted there morning swim (they miss this now were back home), all the rooms are beautifully presented and clean looking, bathrooms beautiful, and supplied with toilet paper so again another item not to worry about having to buy, which goes a long way, this was the same with the kitchen supplied with detergents so no need to worry about these items ( I have always had to supply everything) The TV was easy to set up which was a god send especially with 2 young children, with Netflix, Disney, and the kids favourite, YouTube. so if anyone is looking for a lovely villa, near to the town, please contact Peter, is he so helpful and you will not go wrong, we want to come here next year but this is fully booked for most of 2023 so will definitely book for 2024 just so we have it booked in advance. We just love Portugal, especially Carvoeiro.
Great villa, we all loved it especially the heated pool. Sonia was fab and everything was easy. My 3 year old loved seeing the flowers, and white stones up the back garden and by the time she found the pool she lost the ability to speak. I typically don't give excellent gradings but this really is.
What a fantastic holiday property! Ideally situated in a quiet location but only 10-15 minutes walk to the main village shops, restaurants and beach. The villa has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay - even a Sonos sound system. The kitchen was equipped with every possible utensil required and has clean and modern oven, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning throughout ensures you can keep cool when you need to. The pool and sunbeds were perfect. Communication from Peter and Sonia was excellent throughout the booking, during our stay and upon our return to the UK. I cannot recommend highly enough - part of me would like to keep it a secret!
