Description
Casa Cedra is a beautifully designed bespoke 4 bed (all en-suite) air conditioned villa which sleeps up to 8 adults and 1 baby in a cot, just minutes walk to the village itself. Rarely does a property of this quality and size come up for rentals with this close proximity to the village itself. Access is through the electric remote controlled gates to the front door with lots of parking available on the calcada drive. On the ground floor there is one en-suite bedroom, a communal cloakroom, a huge lounge and modern fitted kitchen with every integrated appliance necessary for a home from home stay. Off the kitchen is a separate utility room where there is a washing machine and drier plus further sink, iron and ironing table. From the hallway there is the open planned air conditioned lounge with huge dining table and seating for 8 with multi patio door access to the pool terrace area. For entertainment there is a 55" Samsung LED TV with usual UK channels plus full Sky Sports and Movies package. For additional entertainment a DVD player in addition to a good speed wi-fi which is included in the prices shown. Comfortable seating on 2 quality sofas (one with chaise long end) and 2 armchairs seats 8 adults comfortably. The kitchen is fitted with modern integrated BOSCH units - 5 place induction hob with extractor above, Microwave and oven plus a huge American style double fridge/freezer with ice and cold water (filtered) dispenser. For breakfasts, there is a table and 4 chairs in the kitchen. A twin bedroom with en-suite is also located on the ground floor and has patio door access out to the pool terrace and BBQ area. Stairs from the hallway lead up to 3 further double bedrooms on the 1st floor, all air conditioned and all en-suite. All 3 with balconies from which to enjoy the fabulous views. From the upper hallway there is a further set of stairs leading up to the roof terrace from which there are unfettered sea and land views. The views are jaw-dropping and a fabulous way to watch the sun go down in the evenings with a glass of your favourite tipple. Pool heating is available at £195 for the first week, followed by £120 for each following week.Externally there is a dedicated BBQ pit area with seating close by. The swimming pool also has a connected jacuzzi which can also be used for toddlers in less than 1 metre depth and seating along it's edges. The ample 12 x 6 metres pool has an electric pool cover which can be operated at the turn of a key. The beautifully manicured extensive gardens around the whole villa serves for a good deal of privacy and security so that children can play on any of the grassed areas safely.
This villa has every ingredient for a fun packed family holiday and is fully licensed with the town hall under License no. 87677/AL.

By Sarah jackson on 17-Sep-2025Wow wow wow. What a fantastic stay we had a villa Cedra. The villa was everything we could of asked for an more. The villa is huge. Fantastic location, just a short walk into the centre of Carvoeiro and the boardwalk. This is our 3rd visit to the area and this was our best stay yet. The villa is very clean, has everything you could need including a few extras such as pool toys that my son loved. Peter was brilliant from the start making the booking process very easy. Any questions we had Peter answered promptly and communication was fantastic. Sonia was lovely, she met us at the villa and made sure we were happy with everything. I will definitely book with Peter again and it is going to be hard to find a villa that can beat Cedra.

Perfect villa
By Rob on 07-Jun-2025What a great Villa, everything you need for your relaxing holiday and just a few minutes stroll to nearby shops, restaurants and bars. The pool is large and well kept as are the expansive gardens. We had a couple of minor problems on arrival but Sonia and her team acted promptly and dealt with them. I can't recommend this Villa highly enough. We are 4 retired couples but would also recommend for large family holidays. We look forward to returning in the future.

The range of appliances and equipment provided exceeded our expectations. The variety of outside eating and relaxation areas were put to good use with the large heated swimming pool being the jewel in the crown.

Sonia meet us on arrival at the house with a very generous welcome pack.Two families, with kids. Beautiful villa with plenty of space for all to enjoy. Both living spaces and bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The villa is well equipped with all mod cons, not wanting to be doing the washing on holidays but with small kids the washing machine come in very handy. The pool was fantastic and the area around was beautiful with loungers and eating areas. Carvoeiro is beautiful with lots of lovely restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours gift shops and lots more. We took a taxi to Zoomarine and Slide and splash park on separate days really good days out would recommend if you have kids.

The perfect place to stay
By Carla on 07-Sep-2024What a wonderful holiday we had staying at this amazing villa. Just a short stroll in to the village (15 mins easy walk to beach & square). Lovely peaceful location. This 4 bed, 4 en-suite villa truly is a home from home with absolutely everything you could require for a most comfortable stay. We opted for the pool heating which was perfect and well worth the extra cost for us. The modern kitchen and utility room are the best equipped we’ve stayed in and we’ve been coming to Carvoeiro for over 32 years. Beautiful gardens surround the villa and pool area with a covered bbq area as well as more than ample sun loungers m, seating areas and huge outdoor dining area with full cover. As usual. We didn’t use the lounge but on inspection, everything is there should you use it. Sonia who looks after the cleaning etc is always on hand should you encounter an issue (we didn’t) or just require her local knowledge. Big thanks to Peter for all the help with the booking. All in all, the perfect villa. We will be back 😊

Even though Carvoeiro was the busiest we have seen it, to come back to a peaceful and palatial villa was wonderful. All the on site team were great from the property manager to the gardens and maids. The booking process also easy and enjoyable thanks to Peter. I thoroughly recommend. Air conditioning was a real plus in what were very hot days towards the start of our holiday.
