Casa Cedra is a beautifully designed bespoke 4 bed (all en-suite) air conditioned villa which sleeps up to 8 adults and 1 baby in a cot, just minutes walk to the village itself. Rarely does a property of this quality and size come up for rentals with this close proximity to the village itself. Access is through the electric remote controlled gates to the front door with lots of parking available on the calcada drive. On the ground floor there is one en-suite bedroom, a communal cloakroom, a huge lounge and modern fitted kitchen with every integrated appliance necessary for a home from home stay. Off the kitchen is a separate utility room where there is a washing machine and drier plus further sink, iron and ironing table. From the hallway there is the open planned air conditioned lounge with huge dining table and seating for 8 with multi patio door access to the pool terrace area. For entertainment there is a 55" Samsung LED TV with usual UK channels plus full Sky Sports and Movies package. For additional entertainment a DVD player in addition to a good speed wi-fi which is included in the prices shown. Comfortable seating on 2 quality sofas (one with chaise long end) and 2 armchairs seats 8 adults comfortably. The kitchen is fitted with modern integrated BOSCH units - 5 place induction hob with extractor above, Microwave and oven plus a huge American style double fridge/freezer with ice and cold water (filtered) dispenser. For breakfasts, there is a table and 4 chairs in the kitchen. A twin bedroom with en-suite is also located on the ground floor and has patio door access out to the pool terrace and BBQ area. Stairs from the hallway lead up to 3 further double bedrooms on the 1st floor, all air conditioned and all en-suite. All 3 with balconies from which to enjoy the fabulous views. From the upper hallway there is a further set of stairs leading up to the roof terrace from which there are unfettered sea and land views. The views are jaw-dropping and a fabulous way to watch the sun go down in the evenings with a glass of your favourite tipple. Pool heating is available at £195 for the first week, followed by £110 for each following week.

Externally there is a dedicated BBQ pit area with seating close by. The swimming pool also has a connected jacuzzi which can also be used for toddlers in less than 1 metre depth and seating along it's edges. The ample 12 x 5 metres pool has an electric pool cover which can be operated at the turn of a key. The beautifully manicured extensive gardens around the whole villa serves for a good deal of privacy and security so that children can play on any of the grassed areas safely.

This villa has every ingredient for a fun packed family holiday and is fully licensed with the town hall under License no. 87677/AL.
