JASMIN 92, Monte Dourado, is a comfortable, roomy, light and airy, GROUND FLOOR apartment in the heart of Carvoeiro village, which is amazingly calm even in the summer months. A few steps takes you to one of the five pool areas and a 5 minutes stroll downhill to the Blue Flag beach and the many cafes, restaurants, bars and shops the village has to offer. COVID NOTICE
We are Covid compliant with our cleaning regime for the prevention and control of the Covid Virus. We will let you know when our maid will be calling to allow you to choose to be home or not. We do not expect our guests to go to the Reception area or be interrupted by maids who have been mixing with many other guests within the complex. Both our apartments (Girassol 25 and Jasmin 92) are not right next to the sunbathing/swimming pool terraces but a few steps away and therefore enable you to distance safely. We live in Carvoeiro and manage both our apartments personally, we are on hand to answer any questions or give any information, hints or tips to ensure you enjoy your stay.

From the large open TERRACE, which enjoys early sunshine for breakfast and a view over the valley and pools, the lovely BLUE FRONT DOOR leads into the generous entrance HALLWAY giving access to the whole apartment.

The two large BEDROOMS (one with King-sized bed and one with twin beds) both have fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. The FULL BATHROOM has a shower over the bath which has both overhead rain and handheld shower heads. The SHOWER ROOM has a walk-in shower area and rain shower-head too.

The FITTED KITCHEN is complete with all the necessary white goods: fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave. The small appliances, toaster, kettle, juicer, filter coffee machine and coffee plunger are there too. The cupboards and drawers are full of what you would expect to find in your own home. We also provide a free generous Welcome Pack for stays of 7 days or longer. There is a clothes drying area, iron and board.

Facing onto the wide sunny garden terrace the air-conditioned LOUNGE/DINING ROOM is light bright and airy, very comfortably furnished and complete with wood burning stove for those chilly winter evenings. There is a well-stocked bookcase, TV (with over 165 channels including Dutch, French and German channels) as well as a DVD player (many films to choose from) a music centre and board games ensures there is something for everyone to enjoy.

The SPACIOUS TERRACE runs the full width of the apartment, with good size table and chairs, an ideal place for al fresco dining. Jasmin 92 is one of the very few apartments on the whole complex which has a PRIVATE GARDEN AREA leading from the terrace. A pair of comfortable reclining chairs are on the decking, great for sunbathing or quietly reading in the sun. In the small tree lantern lights glow in the evening making this a very desirable and tranquil place to be, while enjoying the view over the valley and village rooftops with a Sundowner in hand.

All household LINEN is provided and changed weekly. We also provide towels for the pool and separate ones to take to the beach with mats. The apartment has a LAPTOP SAFE; we do not charge for its use.

There are five SWIMMING POOLS in the complex (one heated in winter), all with separate children’s pool, sun loungers and umbrellas.
There are two TENNIS COURTS on site, hire from Reception.
Free CAR PARKING on site.

For LONG STAY WINTER GUESTS, special rates are available, which we base on two people sharing, and happily welcome their visitors for a small extra charge. The big pool is heated in the winter months, usually from October to April.

"We stayed here for 10 days in the middle of August as a family of 4, two adults and two young children and had a fantastic holiday.
Before we even arrived Rory and Jane were very helpful with booking transfers and advice (we travelled from Lisbon to Carvoeiro).
Once we arrived we were greeted by Rory who let us know everything we needed to know about the property and surrounding areas, including maps and restaurant recommendations. There was also a fridge full of food, which was great.
The accommodation itself is very well decorated and felt like home from home, my favourite was the lounge chairs on the outside balcony!
The location of the apartment is also very good, a short walk to many restaurants, the beach and supermarket. It is also well positioned for exploring the surrounding area.
We enjoyed our holiday very much and wouldn't hesitate to book to stay here again."
