A recently refurbished, beautifully furnished 3 bed villa to rent in the Vale de Milho area of Carvoeiro with 2 bath/shower rooms with air con, swimming pool (heating if required)This lovely 3 bedroom villa is located within a small, quiet cul-de-sac where little to no traffic enters/exits, only for other villa access. It has recently been refurbished with with new kitchen, bathroom/shower rooms, floors and furniture. There are three bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin), 2 bathroom/shower rooms and a large pool terrace to the front with sunbeds and purpose built BBQ. To the rear of the villa is a pretty well manicured garden with stone table and benches, lighting and a further BBQ. There is a safety gate to the pool area for child safety if required. The lounge has a flat screen TV with a DVD player and free wi-fi (Fibre Optic good speed line). The villa is on a single level apart from steps to the roof terrace where there is extra comfortable seating - beautiful views of the countryside and sea can be seen from here. Villa Felicidade is a beautiful villa at an affordable price and makes an idea villa for couples or a family. Pool heating is available at an additional cost if required.
Within approx 10 mins drive are 3 top 18 hole championship golf courses, plus the 9 hole of Vale do Milho which is about 10 minutes walk away. There is also the water park of Slide and Splash, and the town of Lagoa with its daily market and shops a 10 minute drive away. A little further away (approx 20 mins drive) is Zoomarine, where one can swim with dolphins. There are many beaches in the area - the nearest being Centeanes Beach - about 15 minutes walk whilst Carvoeiro is about 20 minutes walk.

By Ian Gardiner on 01-Sep-2025We enjoyed a lovely peaceful holiday here the first week of September. Villa was very clean and comfortable and everything that we needed was there. Manny thanks to Sonia for sorting the TV so we could pick up British channels. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac so there was no thru traffic. Visited the local Indian restaurant, Pashmina, a few times as the food was amazing and just 5 mins away. Shops ant other restaurants just 10mins away by car. We would love to come back again, cheers Peter.
Great family holiday at Villa Felicidade
By Euan on 16-Jul-2025We had a wonderful 10 night family holiday at Villa Felicidade in July 2025. Photos don’t do the house justice as both the house and pool were a lot bigger than we anticipated. Also loved the roof terrace for breakfast and pre- bed drinks. Air con was effective - something that we have had an issue with in other villas in the past. We loved the location- slightly out of town but in a lovely quiet and well-kept area. Only a 20-25 min walk into the heart of Carvoeiro, but taxis are very cheap (5 euro one way) if the uphill walk home is too much to take! There is also a great alternative beach (with restaurant) only 15 mins walk away. Finally, Peter was great to work with and provided us with clear communication the whole time. Will definitely look to visit again.

Great Villa
By John on 27-May-2025Villa Felicidada is a single storey villa located in a quiet neighbourhood of detached villas, all set in in colourful and well-tended private gardens. ½ mile downhill is the pretty little beach of Centeanes, and a further mile takes you to the town of Carvoeiro. A car is essential for shopping and exploring this beautiful part of the Algarve. The house is very well equipped, clean, freshly decorated and furnished in a modern style. All bedrooms and the lounge have patio doors to the terrace around the pool – great for an early morning swim or a cool off during the heat of the day. All the doors and windows have fly screens, which helped keep the mosies at bay. The pool was tepid warm during our stay in late May and provided easy access by solid steps at one corner of the shallow end. The whole layout of the house flowed and lended itself to a convenient outdoor lifestyle. We made particular use of the covered outdoor terrace, off the lounge, for meals and watching the prolific local birdlife. The TV had been left showing only French script. It proved quite complicated to return to English and get the English channels.. Some instruction on the set up of the TV and getting the internet channels would have been useful. Once set up it worked perfectly. Peter provided rapid responses to any queries and was a pleasure to deal with. Since we were arriving late in the evening, Sonia (property manager) had arranged a starter pack of groceries; much appreciated - Thanks. She introduced herself the next day and gave an outline on the facilities and was easily contactable for any problems or queries. We had a wonderful relaxed holiday at Villa Felicidade and would strongly recommend it for adults and young families.

Wonderful stay
By Lorraine on 05-Oct-2024Myself and partner have just enjoyed a 4 week stay in this fabulous villa. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool area is great for the warm days and the roof terrace with sofas is great to watch the sunset. Friends joined us for part of our stay and even with 5 adults we had plenty of space. It is an easy 20 minute walk to the top of restaurant hill and €6 back in a taxi. Peter was great to deal with when booking and Sonia was on hand to deal with any problems. We will definitely book again when going to Carvoeiro

Lovely villa in a great location
By Rob D on 10-Aug-2024As a family of 5 this villa was perfect for our needs. Our twins shared one room and our eldest who would usually get a sofa bed got his own room which was a bonus. The kitchen and living room was a perfect size for us and the kitchen had everything that was needed to cooks a few meals. I would say you do need a car if you are going to stay on this side of the town as its quite a long walk into the town even if you do take a taxi back to go up the hill. There are several supermarkets close by and I found intermarche the most useful and its also the closest. Sonia popped into see us and gave us some good tips on which beach to visit. The kids loved the pool which was nice and warm as it gets the sun all day and at night its very peaceful with the bonus that the villa is not overlooked by any of the neighbours. Overall we would stay there again and hope tpo visit again soon. Thaks Peter, Sonia and Anna.

Beautiful villa
