Just spent a week in this lovely villa 8 of us,we especially liked the layout with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs ideal for a teenager and parents.The new layout not long finished opened out the living area and table area and made it very spacious.We liked the doors out to small areas sunny in the morning and ideal for breakfast.The pool was cleaned on 2nd day and was spotless,4 of us braved the cool pool .We hired 2 cars from the airport which were essential,to get around but we used local taxis to go to restaurants and one day when the drivers were out birding the girls went to Vila Real.We got a couple of big shops and found Aldi or Continente to be good. We have been to Tavira and Olhao in the past and went back again.Four of us went to Seville and Nuala kindly sent us a route.Warning! Spanish motorways are shocking full of potholes We definitely recommend this Villa. Response from the owner: Hi Janet. Thank you for your lovely review. My family and I had a great holiday and really enjoyed staying at this villa. It was a perfect size for us and so well equipped. The owner was very easy to deal with. The Villa was spotless and we would love to stay there again and will definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

The facilities and the level of the equipment is really excellent in this villa, far and away better than most. The design of the villa is really nice with good size bedrooms and lounge. What also works well is a lovely table and seating area outside of the kitchen and by the lovely swimming pool. There is an excellent team of people that oversee the villa and swimming pool locally if there is a problem. An ice maker fridge/freezer plumbed in adds a touch of luxury and convenience, a games room with what looks like a quality full size pool table (although I'm not an expert!) and the villa is in an elevated position so there are some views from the patios. Everything was excellent and very recommended. A good place for a family holiday.
