We stayed in this very nice house. Huge and very spacious place and well equipped for living/cocking/washing if needed. A very quiet area, nice back garden to enjoy an outdoor break. Easy to get around by car and even easier for a 15min walk to the closest beach! Highly recommend and happy to get back! The owner is very friendly and helpful in preparation and during the stay…
We had a wonderful stay here, everything you need within the house was there and everything worked just as it should. Four fabulous area to take in the sunshine throughout the day. Lovely luscious surroundings outside, quiet and yet just minutes from the famous beach restaurants of Izzy’s, Julia’s and Maria’s to mention just three, there are more. The upmarket areas of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are just 5-10mins away in the car so golfers are more than adequately catered for. Without a doubt, we shall be back 😃
Seaside Sunflower is an attractive home in a beautiful location. Typical white house with 4 areas to sit outside - upstairs there are two Verandahs and downstairs a front and rear garden, all with chairs and a table. There are well kept flower beds and the outlook is onto pines and banana trees at the rear and up a very quiet avenue to the front. There was plenty of parking right outside the house at all times. The area is upmarket and immaculate, very quiet and attractive. It is possible to walk to the beach in 15 minutes where there are restaurants and an ATM plus walk ways across the natural park the Ria Formosa where you can see bids ranging from Marsh Harriers and Ospreys to Flamingoes and Spoonbills, to Iberian Azure Magpies and Sardinian Warblers! In season there are chameleon on the beach but in November - despite being 24 degrees - they had already hibernated! Inside the house has lots of space, is very very clean and well equipped. There is a comfy sofa for lounging on and big sliding French windows with mosquito nets you can draw across. We hope to return - Seaside Sunflower is a welcoming holiday home where I would feel it is also safe for children too.
