Pineta Farmhouse is located in the community of the Valle d’Itria and is one of the most coveted for its beauty and its scenic location, and the delightful farmhouse provides visitors with an idyllic place to enjoy this area in luxury and style.This five-bedroom gem sits in its own private gardens, surrounded by mature trees and plantings, and offers a stunning range of indoor and outdoor living spaces that can easily create your ideal holiday getaway.The focal point for most visitors is the courtyard private pool and its surrounding terrace which wraps around the 10 x 4 salt-based pool, it faces the south east and provides an unbelievable daily view of the valley below.
From the terraces, you can enjoy a swim, bask in one of the sun beds, slouch in the deep cushioned outside furniture and adore the views. Here you can also enjoy al fresco dining, barbecuing, or just lounging about. The garden space sports a large wooden Pic-Nic table, plenty of room for festivities and family get togethers.
The farmhouse includes a gourmet kitchen and inside seating area with long views enjoyed from the wide glazed doors. There is a breakfast bar, dining table in this contemporary great room. High ceilings, modern and stylish furnishings, and a soothing palette make this a fantastic area for gatherings and relaxation.
The five bedrooms are designed in a comfortable rural style, offering neutral palettes and colourful accents that make each space a welcome retreat. Of the five bedrooms, all accessed by the main terrace, ‘Grotta’ offers two doubles with a shared shower room; Padrona offers two doubles with a bath and shower room. The fifth bedroom, Vista, a double bedroom with private shower room is self-contained and set apart. Ideal for staff or teens.

The layout of the space made it easy for each couple to have privacy and accommodated our party of 10 perfectly. We loved the kitchen space which was so well equipped and had such attention to detail. Our highlight was our dinners in the outdoor area under the fairy lights. The place was clean and private. It is about 20 minutes from Ostuni. Perfect for day trips out to neighbouring Alberobello and Polignamo a Mare. Petra was very responsive and her property manager was prompt when communicating with us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The amenities exceeded our expectations, especially the superbly equipped kitchen, which has absolutely everything you could wish for. The large private low-salt pool is a real highlight and invites you to relax while enjoying the magnificent panoramic view of the valley and the vineyards. The internet was also very fast and stable – practical, even if you hardly need it on vacation. Everything was spotlessly clean, and check-in and check-out were both smooth. We would especially like to mention the property manager, Colleen: She was available at all times, extremely friendly, and her support made our stay perfect, always being able to resolve minor issues immediately.
