Oh! and what a view!! Trullo nella Pineta has a commanding view of the Valle d’Itria. Perfect for families with grown-up children needing a little space of their own or couples and friends sharing a week, if not two, on a summer break from city life and chaosTrullo nella Pineta is an opportunity to holiday in time-honoured pleasurable style. The property has two completely independent double bedrooms, both with shower room; each unique with its own individual quirkiness. Everyone can regroup in the main trullo for breakfast before reclining by the pool and when you feel partial to a little privacy and solitude, choose a quiet bench overlooking the Valley or retire to the shaded gazebo (s) poised for your inner assuagement.
Location
The countryside location is opportune for visits to the nearby historical and esteemed towns of the Valle d’Itria, feasible also for a sojourn by the sea, wine tasting events and getting acquainted with authentic Puglian food!
The Indoors
Il Trullo:
The centrepiece to Trullo nella Pineta with the well-equipped kitchen, dining area for six people, shower room and seating room with TV & Wi-fi. It is possible to accommodate 2 single beds in this room for an extra (small!) guest. Il Trullo has a large double (could also be two singles) with ample wardrobe space. The dining area is ventilated with ceiling fan. The kitchen and trullo bedroom both have air conditioning system.
La Torretta:
Double bedroom with ensuite shower and outlook onto the 8 x 4-metre salt based swimming pool and solarium. Independent entrance. Also air conditioning system.
The Outdoors
Such splendour and it is all yours; well at least for the duration of your vacation ;-)! A state of the art swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 metres with gradually descending steps. Maximum depth 1.5 metres. Sunloungers for all. Stone built BBQ with gazebo for evening dining in close proximity to the water’s edge. Yet another gazebo, should you need a little space of your own with a good book and shade from the summer sun.
Balcony views of the Valle d’Itria can be enjoyed under the pine wood or take a stroll among the olive and fig trees that line the grounds of Trullo nella Pineta.

Great communication from the property management team and lovely to have a treat hamper on a arrival and a clean halfway through our 2 week stay. They also helped us to organise a private chef for one night which was brilliant."

By Anne on 18-Aug-2022"Trullo Nella Pineta was an absolutely wonderful place for a holiday for our family of four adults. Everything was so well appointed; each room was very comfortable and with all the necessary amenities and a bit of luxury with the linens and the toiletries. The kitchen was made for cooking with all the equipment you would ever need. The outdoor space was so inviting as well; the salt water pool was refreshing and always clean. There is plenty of spaces to relax either in the sun or the shade and the dining table was covered and a perfect place for meals at any time of the day. The location was perfect; the area around the trullo was peaceful at all times but well placed to access all of the lovely towns around (Martina Franca, Cisternino, Locorotondo and Albert bello all within 30 minutes drive or less). The beaches of either coast are also a short drive away. The agents were excellent in their communication and welcome. We were met and shown all of the delights of the trullo by Antonella and she and Colleen were always available by WhatsApp for any queries we may have, either about the collection of the recycling or recommendations for places to eat in the local towns. Colleen made sure to check up with us to see if everything was okay after a dramatic thunderstorm rolled through. We were very happy with everything about our stay and wished we didn't have to leave! Highly recommended for a genuine and luxurious taste of the delights of Puglia."

They had a lot of great recommendations and even arranged a private chef for us which was absolutely amazing! We had the most memorable time there and would love to go back some day! We had the best vacation, thank you!!!!!!!!"

Colleen (the property manager) was an absolute pleasure to work with and highly responsive and accommodating. She arranged for a private chef for our first night, and it was worth it! The villa is very central to all the picturesque towns in Puglia. Highly recommend visiting Matera, Ostuni, and Alberobello and hiring Michele as a guide (he was Colleen’s recommendation and he made our visit come alive with his depth and breadth of knowledge of Puglia’s history and sites). The villa’s kitchen is well stocked, beds and rooms are comfy with AC, and the salt water pool is refreshing! Bring bug spray as the mosquitoes come out at night. There was citronella candles at the villa which helped. Thank you Colleen for a very memorable stay!"
