Welcome to Florida Villa Sunrise. Situated on Sunrise Lakes in Clermont, a highly sought after community. Your very own luxurious and spacious, beautifully furnished 4 bedroom home, sleeping 8, with sensational south-west facing large heated pool and spa, right in the heart of central Florida… a real home from home. Fully air-conditioned throughout. Countrywide & International phone service. Free wi-fi broadband/internet access. 24/7 monitored alarm system and built-in safe. Fully licensed by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. Overall a large and spacious villa with over 2400sqft of living space for you to enjoy the holiday of a lifetime. 24/7 local Management Company. Off of the 192 West, 1 mile North on US27 and 20 minutes from the I4. 3 mins to 24/7 Wal-Mart supercenter and restaurants. Just 25 minutes from the Disney Parks, 40 minutes from Universal/Islands of Adventure and so much more...The villa is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Pool & Spa heat is available at an additional cost of £105/$140 per week. The large south west facing 28x14' heated pool, spa for 6 and extended deck means all day sunshine and provides a great view overlooking the lake. Sun beds, table, umbrella and seating included - a lovely spot to watch the sunset after a hard day at the parks or shopping, or to spend a day relaxing and chilling out (a removable child safety fence for around the pool to protect the little ones is also available). You will also find a number of inflatables, dive sticks and floats in the garage for use in the pool. Both houses either side have obscure privacy screen meaning you are not overlooked in the pool area. Access to the pool area is via the patio/deck door which has a pool door alarm fitted to protect young children from entering the pool unsupervised. Please note BBQs are not allowed in the pool area or on the deck.

Large kitchen area with granite countertops and twin sink with waste disposal unit, all utensils and cookware provided, a large American fridge/freezer with built in ice-maker, a large range cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric and/or range kettles, coffee maker, blender and toaster.

A walk-in medical centre, 2 major regional hospitals, numerous golf courses, Lake Louisa state park and other local parks, walks, lakes, canals etc plus a huge choice of shops and restaurants are all close by. Local restaurants include Chili’s, 5 Guys, Waffle House, Chick-fil-A, Olive Garden, Long Horn, Bahama Breeze, Orlando Ale House, Applebys, Dennys, Mcdonalds, Wendy’s Plus a Drive Thru Starbucks Near to Walmart.

By Matthew Stockwood on 10-Aug-2025We have just returned from a 3 week stay at Villa Sunrise and couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The owners have thought of everything and this place really feels like home. I was a little nervous renting a private villa and not really knowing what to expect but the from the moment we drove onto the drive we knew we had nothing to be concerned about. The house was fresh and immaculately kept, with the area being a very quiet residential, 30 mins from Disney and 45 mins from Universal parks. If you are a runner only 15 mins from Clermont Park Run! We will definitely be hoping to stay here again in the future.
A beautiful home from home
By Lynn Clipstone on 26-Jul-2025Wow! What a home! The villa downstairs is very spacious and open plan with everything you could imagine provided. The pool and sun deck have amazing views of the sunset, and the lightening! Upstairs the 4 rooms are comfortable and airy. I loved the walk in dressing room off the master bedroom! The local area is very quiet and provided good access for us to explore the area around Orlando. I would heartily recommend this villa and hope to return in future.
A fantastic villa

The villa is truly a home from home which all the other villas we have stayed in, in the Orlando area would not come up to this standard. The pool deck looking onto a lake was perfect. Overall maintenance,cleanliness, furnishings and equipment was excellent We hope to return in the near future
Best villa we have stayed in!

We having been coming to Florida for many years and this is the best villa we have stayed in, which is why we keep returning. The villa is exceptional clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need during your visit. It is very spacious and the decor is fab. It has a most fabulous pool area which gets the sun nearly all day. The owners Adam and Julia are very quick at responding to any questions you may have and gave us extremely clear instructions on how to get to the villa and entry instructions. It’s very close to a massive Walmart and plenty of nearby restaurants. All the theme parks and shopping outlets are easy to get to. We have had the most wonderful time here and would highly recommend it to anyone
Exceptional Villa

It is in a very peaceful area with amazing lake views and plenty of wildlife to see. The shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Easy drive to the theme parks and beaches depending on the traffic. Communication with the owners was seamless . Information provided in a timely manner and any questions answered quickly. A real home from home. We look forward to returning in the future.
