The stylist modern clean studio apartment is on a secure gated resort in an unspoilt part of southern Italy, close to the town of Pizzo, with fabulous weather and amazing food, a short walk to the beach and within a 15 minute drive from Lamezia Terme airport connected by low cost direct flights to Europe and the United Kingdom

The area is unspoilt and beautiful and it offers guests the opportunity to explore the scenic coastline with the medieval towns of Pizzo and Tropea within driving distance . The resort offers two swimming pools on site with deck chairs and parasols and access to the private beach a short 10 minute walk through a lovely pine forest. On the beach loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge for use of the guests. There are many local restaurants within driving distance serving local fresh produce, especially seafood and fruit and vegetables and the locally produced wine. The tartufo ice cream is not to be missed. Day trips to the Aeolian islands nearby by ferry are well worth a trip. Also a visit to nearby Sicily is highly recommended.

The spacious apartment also has a fully fitted kitchen in the studio room with separate large attached private bathroom with washing machine and towels provided.

The modern fully fitted kitchen has a built in oven and cooker and fridge freezer, together with a kettle, toaster and microwave oven. A selection of saucepans, cutlery and glasses are also provided.

The large separate private bathroom has a shower cubicle and shower, vanity unity, and washing machine together with bath and hand towels provided.

The studio is suitable for two/three adults or two adults and one child. There is one double sofa bed that sleeps two adults and an additional single bed in the studio. A modern stylist dining table and four chairs are also included in the studio room. There is a TV and DVD provided and a selection of films for the use of guests. Free Wi-Fi internet access is also included in the rental price. Outside on the patio a table and chairs with an umbrella, together with a BBQ are also provided for outdoor dining during the warm summer months. Car parking is provided free of charge outside the apartment. For the security of guests the apartment is situated on a secure gated resort only accessed by swipe cards.

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am

Car hire is available at Lamezia airport and taxis are available outside Lamezia airport. Access to the apartment is by arrangement with my management company Emerald Solutions who provide the keys and swipe cards on your arrival date.

25% deposit payable on booking with the balance due one month before the arrival date. Once the booking has been confirmed and the 25% deposit paid, the deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled.
