This contemporary villa features modern furniture, stunning artwork, large mirrors and marble sink units in the bathrooms. As 2 of the 3 bedrooms have double beds, one up one down, it may suit couples wishing to holiday together. There are sea views from the master double bedroom front terrace, and this is a lovely spot to enjoy evening drinks watching the changing colours of the sunset.

Free solar power pool heating is highly efficient, usually offering comfortable swimming temperatures from mid April to mid-November at no extra charge.
The rear garden offers a superb cool outdoor breakfast area. The garden terrace overlooking the pool offers welcome shade during the afternoon, so you can BBQ in comfort, using the excellent tiled BBQ area. The gated garden with lawn has trees for dappled shade and grass for children to run around.
5 minutes’ flat walk brings you to the beautiful safe sandy Corallia Coral Bay beach, local bars & taverns, shops and bus stop for Paphos. Coral Bay main beach is bigger than Corallia, has decking, sun loungers and umbrellas, and the side entrance is 1km.
The Coral Bay strip is 1200m and offers a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
Paphos Town and bars and restaurants at Tombs of the Kings are a short drive, and Paphos Airport transfer time is 35 minutes. If you wish to take a break from driving there is a regular bus to Paphos stopping at Corallia beach.
As we include air conditioning hot and cold throughout the villa, in the 3 bedrooms and lounge and diner, and solar pool heating in rates, we offer Villa Athena for rent all year. In winter months the air conditioning (hot air) is used as heating.
We offer 2 adult lower rates by email when dates fit well with current bookings. 1 double bedroom is included. Ignore the higher rate when booking.
Long Lets: Low prices by email for 1 month and more over Winter.

From the moment we arrived, we indulged in the complimentary wine and took in the breathtaking view that set the tone for our entire stay. The villa itself was absolutely stunning, with elegant decor and immaculate cleanliness that made us feel right at home. The spacious layout and luxurious amenities were beyond our expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the picturesque surroundings. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after days filled with adventure and relaxation. One of the highlights was the beautiful private pool, where we spent countless hours lounging and soaking up the sun. The outdoor area was perfect for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations, making it an ideal choice for any occasion. Outstanding service from Sundance Villas

I have just returned from the most amazing week In Cyprus having found Sundance Villas during a google search. Initially I was very apprehensive as I have always booked a full package holiday though a travel agent with being a solo parent travelling with a child but took the plunge and honestly wish I had done it sooner! From my initial enquiry nothing has been too much trouble. Sundance villas answered all of my questions swiftly, sent very clear correspondence, advised on where to eat to suit my taste and checked in with me Villa email on arrival. The hamper was also very well thought out and had everything to get us through the first night until we found our bearings. The villa itself was out of this world and well maintained and the information guide has information on everything you could possibly wish for which made me feel reassured and confident straight away. The area was perfect for our needs with beaches within easy walking distance and a very regular bus service to all over the area that puts the UK to shame. Fenced villa was perfect for a wandering 3 year old!
By Will Kinder on 13-Aug-2021We are safely back in Moscow and I wanted to write, mainly to thank you for your support in finding and booking a holiday in Cyprus but also your support during a couple of challenging moments – missing our flight, and realising we needed PCR tests at very short notice. We really appreciated your responsiveness and help. The car hire with CyBreeze went really well and they were also very helpful in showing flexibility when we turned up a day later than expected. And the PCR testing at the WeCare medical facility in Paphos was very efficient so I would recommend them. The villa was great and we made good use of it. Our eldest two children (6 and 5) more or less became able to swim during the 10 days which was brilliant, and we enjoyed the area. In terms of breakages, I wanted to let you know that unfortunately we did break one water glass, one white side plate and one white bowl. On a more positive side we did contribute a number of coloured plastic cups and a rubber tray which we found useful for the kids! - The pool and outdoor space generally was really good. The fact that the property was securely fenced/gated was important with our wandering 3 year old. The pool itself was great and we thought the gardener/pool cleaner did a great job - The air-conditioning was effective when required (it was high 30s at times) which really helped - The new bathrooms were really nice - The master bedroom is an excellent space - Loads of towels were really helpful given the amount of swimming etc Thanks again – we had a really good holiday, and well needed too. We will definitely be back to explore Cyprus again and will look you up when we do. Best wishes Will Kinder

By Paul Canning on 11-Jul-2018We stayed here in the 1st two weeks of July and what a fabulous holiday we had The villa was fully equipped with every thing you need and was very clean inside and out It's situated in a nice quiet area but only a short walk to the lovely beach you can walk into coral bay but we drove most nights with plenty of restaurants to choose from But some evenings we would stay in and use the BBQ which was also excellent The only thing my wife would have liked was cushions on the sun loungers Would definitely recommend Irene and sundance villas We are now looking at going back next year.

By Claire & family on 14-Sep-2016Hi Irene & Nicole, We have had a wonderful holiday in villa Athena, and would certainly recommend it to others. There was plenty of room for us all and the addition camp bed and cot were really appreciated. The hamper was very welcoming, thank you. The pool was great and a lovely temperature, especially during the 2nd week. The pool cleaner and gardeners were very friendly & attentive and always made sure the garden and pool looked beautiful. We used the oven a number of times and found it fine, but there did not seem to be a 'fan' sound when it's on, I'm not sure if this is how it should be? It cooked the food without problem though. Andreas the owner popped by whilst myself and my mum were out. He came to fit a baby stair gate that I had enquired about, it was a godsend. My husband commented on what a lovely man he was, and the cake he brought for us was delicious and such a lovely gesture. During our stay we have not needed to use the air conditioning. A splash of wine accidentally spilt on the wall behind the sofa, my husband mentioned it to Andreas when he visited; he said it was no problem. We have also smashed 1 tall glass, apologies for this. Overall we've loved our holiday, enjoyed our pool and beach days. We visited Paphos a few times on the bus to attend mass in the church we were married in 10 years ago (hence the holiday) we've enjoyed some lovely meals out including Yialos tavern on their traditional Cyprus evening and the Sea Caves tavern. We booked into the King Evelthon Hotel on our last day to use their facilities including the water park on your recommendation. It was fab, lovely and quiet and they let us store our luggage. We also found Stevie's taxi service great on your recommendation. Thank you for providing a very seamless service. We will be recommending Sundance Villas, especially villa Athena to others.
Absolutely delighted. Being two couples we appreciated being on different levels
By Sharon, John, Donna and Mike on 11-Jun-2016Hi Irene. Villa Athena Absolutely delighted. Can't think of a thing we would change or anything that was a miss. Villa very roomy and airy. Spotless and well equipped. Although we were 2 couples sharing we still had our own space, as the villa is on two levels. It would also be ideal for families. It was great to able to have a swim before breakfast. The pool is maintained to a very high standard. As we were there in August so we didn't need the pool heating, and it was a great temperature anytime of day. Mind you the weather was 37 most days!!! The guy who looked after the pool and gardens was great, very friendly and had a good knowledge of the area, very nice to talk to. The gardens were well cared for and offered sun or shade. The villa had a canopy built on outside where it was nice to eat or read, and the trees also offered shade. While if you could stand that heat the sun loungers could be placed on the lawns. The villa has a carport which was brilliant, as the car was cool to get into at anytime of day. Nicole was great she came the morning after we arrived, she told us allsorts of things. Trips available (discounts for Sundance clients), bus routes, and places of interest, times of business. She also gave us maps of the local area and the island. We booked the Wavedancer Firework Evening though her. It was a great night. Andrea the owner is charming and very friendly. We did eat out every night, but the villa has everything you could need if you should want to eat there. We never had a bad meal while there. We tried many restaurants, but returned to 3 a few times. These were:- La Vigna Trattoria - Italian, friendly service, great food.Try rack of lamb, superb. Coral Bay strip at the far end on the right just before roundabout. Andria's - Good general menu. Food superb and well presented. Service good, but lacks friendly atmosphere!! We returned for the food. Third of the way along Coral Bay strip on the right opposite the hippopotamus. Barone's - Good mixed menu. Food good. Service hilarious, the waiters are a delight, lots of crack and banter. Also very near to villa, "staggering distance". We returned 3 times nice food and a fun atmosphere. 150mts from O' Solomans. Car Hire:- Cy-Breeze. What can I say? Spot on. Gorgeous guy to meet us at the airport, a great start to any holiday!! Paperwork ready. No extra charge for 3 drivers. GPS offered. Someone to collect car on return to airport. All in all, loved every moment. Many thanks to you all at Sundance for your professional service, help and advice. We will be in touch again soon I'm sure. Four happy, relaxed people.
