This "executive" luxurious and elegant 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is situated in a quiet tree lined “no through” lane next to Blue Flag awarded Coral Bay soft sandy beach, and is walking distance to the Coral Bay Strip.
The villa has a spacious lounge with wide screen plasma TV. The superb white oak kitchen with its top of the range appliances and breakfast bar is well equipped for home prepared food. The white oak has been used throughout the villa to complete the light contemporary feel.
This villa is ideal for guests seeking spacious *Yearly accommodation* in a great location in Coral Bay itself, with good facilities. For your further comfort, mosquito nets are fitted in all rooms, including living room and kitchen. This means you can enjoy cool fresh air in the villa, having windows and doors open, without unwanted insects. The sea views are best from upstairs as the hedges and shrubs have been clipped to thicken up and offer poolside privacy.
Coral Bay at 300m is easily accessible due to wooden decking at the entrance to help you walk to the sun loungers etc. Being a bay the sea is usually very calm and warm, with soft sand underfoot, no stones. Corallia beach a little further is similar, just on a smaller scale. 5 minutes’ walk in the other direction brings you to the famous Coral Bay Strip itself, which has something for all ages, a wide variety of tavernas, bars and shops. For the village experience Peyia is about 10 minutes’ drive, and has many good taverns, bars and shops including Papantoniou bakery.
Villa Kingfisher is ideal for all ages and offers independence to different generations as everything is nearby. 2 out of 4 bedrooms are doubles making it ideal for 2 couples and children.
The bus stop is 5 minutes’ walk and runs approx. every 10 minutes into Paphos town and harbour, via the many restaurants bars and shops on the Tombs of the Kings road.

By Dave Raven on 09-Aug-2024We have used Sundance Villas for 3 years now, and we cannot fault their service, both Irene and Lauren are so helpful in finding the right villa for your requirements, this year we wanted two weeks in Paphos, the first week there would be eight of us with our daughter, son and grandkids, the second week just the wife and me, they found us the ideal solution the first week at the fantastic Kingfisher Villa, close to the beach and all the amenities at Coral Bay, the second week we moved to a more secluded two bedroom villa, which was located in a peacon nut grove near the water park, it was absolutely perfect to relax after a week of fun with the grandkids, a big benefit of Villa Katerina was the huge swimming pool, my wife loves swim 50 lengths on a morning and the pool was great, but most of all it was a lovely relaxing experience, we would go there again.
Our stay with your Company was in two words, "sheer perfection". The villa Kingfisher was wonderful!
By Jim B, Lowestoft on 10-Oct-2018Dear Irene, Sorry it has taken a little while to respond, but I have been away on business for the last two weeks and Linda leaves this kind of thing to me. Anyway, enough of the excuses. There are though no excuses required in regard to our holiday with you in Cyprus. Our stay with your Company was in two words, "sheer perfection". The villa Kingfisher was wonderful and the two little problems we had, (the blinds and kettle) were put right by the owner straight away. Both he and your representative were polite, helpful and understanding, especially on the night we went out and miss-set the alarm. There is no doubt we will come and stay with you again, if you let us and we will certainly recommend you to our friends. Once again thanks for all you help. We will be in touch soon as myself and Linda are looking to come over again in March.
The villa was just pure luxury, I'd recommend it to anyone, I have never stayed in a villa before where the pool is so well looked after
By Catriona on 14-Jun-2017Dear Irene, We all have a wonderful time in Cyprus. The villa was just pure luxury, I'd recommend it to anyone. We had a 2 yr old with us and it was great for her, having the large steps going in to the pool was good to as she could sit on them and play while still being in the water. Lots of toys there for a number of ages and the playstation was well used by the older ones. The pool man was great, we have never stayed in a villa before where the pool is so well looked after! He was round daily checking and testing the water, cleaning the bottom, sides. We didn't have any worries of our little one accidently swallowing any water. The villa is ideal for family's, we made use of the BBQ area, the lovely seating outside. The food in Coral Bay was still fantastic as always, the Italian at the end does the best steak ever! We couldn't fault our holiday, thank you so much and we will be contacting you in the near future regarding next years holiday. We miss Cyprus already!!
Birthday celebration villa close to Coral Bay Strip in Paphos was as good as last time
By Brenda and Richard F on 04-Jul-2018Just a line to say that we had a very enjoyable holiday at Villa Kingfisher (Alkioni) with our immediate family, relaxing it wasn't but we had a great time to celebrate my LXX birthday. Other family and friends stayed at a nearby hotel, and we all got together on my birthday and beyond. Villa Kingfisher (Alkioni) was as good as the last time we rented it with you, we even met the owner who very kindly provided a birthday cake, a lovely gesture. For anyone contemplating this villa, it is spacious and fulfilled our requirements completely, the pool area is great, all nine of us spending a lot of time there. The villa location is ideal, being a short walk to the beach and the Coral Bay strip where the bars and restaurants are. All in all, we had a great holiday in villa Kingfisher and would certainly recommend it! Relaxing in our apartment in Paphos now for a few days. Thanks again.

We had a visit from Nicole on sunday as we wanted to book the wave dancer on our last week,nothing was any trouble for her even though it was her day off,she was so lovely and gave us so much information regarding coral bay and paphos,further more as we had a late flight on saturday,Nicole checked to see when the villa was next occupied and phoned Andreas to see if we can stay till 5.00pm' which was a big relief when he said it was fine (due to no arrival) and saved us hanging around for 6 hours. Opening the door to Kingfisher Villa we were met by excellence and perfection
By Peter Hewitson on 03-May-2017Hi Irene, on arriving at Paphos airport and collecting our hire cars from Nick from Cybreeze, we followed the directions to the villa and found it without any problems. Situated in an excellent location between Coral Bay strip and the beach, we were stunned by the facade and gardens to the front of the villa. On entering the villa, it was nice and cool inside against the heat of the afternoon and our 3 grandchildren aged 6, 4 and 2 ran into the lounge and opened the curtains to see the pool in the gardens at the rear before exploring the rest of the villa. It was excellent in its layout, furniture and appliances and everyone was spoilt for choice which bedroom to have. We spent most of our time there throughout the day as we could not get the children out of the pool from 8 in the morning until 6 at night. The pool area and gardens are perfect for young and old with the ease of access to the pool for the children. But all too often time catches up and we had to leave to return home and we miss the villa already and will be definitely rebooking a return visit. Our many thanks to Nick from Cybreeze and his team, we were met at the airport and led quickly to our 2 new cars which he had just added to his fleet. All in all, if anyone is attracted to the photographs of this villa, then you have to book it as it was brilliant and it met all our expectations for our family stay of 5 adults and 3 children
