Fabulous new garden, a modern and contemporary design, introducing additional seating areas with comfy sun loungers, soft cushions and umbrellas.Our villa is one of the larger villas set within this beautiful development in a superb location, within walking distance to both the best Blue Flagged beaches in Coral Bay and the upmarket facilities of the nearby 5* Coral Bay Beach Hotel. The villa provides luxury facilities in a modern style and has its own private pool and outdoor BBQ for al fresco dining. You can even pick your own lemons and oranges from the trees in the garden when they are in season!

By Amanda on 12-Oct-2025Paula, the owner great communication from beginning to end, went above and beyond, gave great information about location and places to visit and eat. The location is fabulous only 5 mins from coral bay beach and beach across the road rocky but only 2 mins away. Legends bar a short stroll great for drinks and food. Lots of other places to eat 5 mins away. Sea caves 10 mins away and Paphos harbour 25 mins away. There is a free bus stop to the zoo just on the main road round the corner from the villa. We had a hire car but not necessary, lots of buses and as said by others the local supermarket will bring you and your shopping to the villa. The villa is very spacious plenty of loungers and seating, and the pool fabulous!! Also has UK tv channels if you like to keep up with your soaps. U2 car hire meet us at the airport and took us direct to the villa, so thanks to them no trying to follow instructions in the dark, no stress. If you’re thinking about booking go for it you won’t regret it. Paula thankyou again we can’t wait to come back. Amanda & Family
Fabulous villa will stay again
By Sonia L on 02-Jun-2025Having stayed in Coral Bay previously we knew the area and the great standard of villas and Paula's villa did not disappoint in anyway. Location is 3 mins walk to the beach, beach bar and bus stop (buses are great at 2 to the strip or pafos or 6.50 for an all day travel pass) the villa is an inviting clean and sociable space. The pool is fab. Above all, the communication with Paula and the property manager when we were there was amazing, they will help and advise with anything you need. Thank you and we hope to visit again.
Lovely place to stay

Always kept up to date with Paula, lots of useful recommendations on places to go see or eat and overall a lovely owner. Would definitely recommend and would think about returning in the future! ☺️

Perfect base to chill and explore
By Mark H on 02-Aug-2025Villa Kristiana was simply fantastic both in terms of accommodation and facilities. The villa was clean, modern and spacious and the outside area and the pool were also incredibly well maintained. The beach was less than a 5 x min walk, with the local Coral Bay strip (for a host of shops and restaurants) a further 20 - 25 min walk (along with the option of taking the bus every 15 mins!). The local bar 'Legends' was also incredibly handy in terms of having a quick drink and also entertaining a 11 year old boy with pool table and football on TV as needed. The Villa's location was also great as we hired a car (shout out to U2 Car Hire) in our second week and went to Latchi for a boat trip (can't recommend Latchi Watersports Centre highly enough), the Waterpark and harbour in Pathos and Limassol to name but a few. Comms with Paula were also great and she simply 'get's it' in terms of knowing what holiday makers would like from a Villa. Can't wait to book again.
Fabulous villa
By Jan Woolnough on 14-Jun-2025My friend and I stayed at Paula's villa June 2025 for a week and found the villa and it's location to be perfect for us. The Villa is spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, pool was great and very welcome after a day out in the heat. Location was ideal, buses available down the road to access wherever we wanted to go with a daily bus ticket able to jump on and off wherever we wanted. Paula communicated with us with a swift response to any questions and accommodated special request for my friends 60th birthday, so lovely. Paula provided plenty of information on travel, restaurents and places to visit. Have no negative comments to make thankyou Paula for letting us stay at your fabulous villa I will definately recommend to any friends planning on visiting Cyprus.
