Amarna Villa is a luxury villa, set in its own landscaped grounds with private infinity swimming pool overlooking the landscaped gardens towards the Mediterranean. 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms are on en suite & 1 family bathroom with bath with shower. Air conditioning & ceiling fans.Master bedroom has a king size bed, a large balcony with covered pergola, table & chairs for morning tea with glorious views of the Mediterranean sea. Second bedroom has king size bed, French doors to patio & swimming pool. Third bedroom has twin 4ft beds.
Open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area look out to the pool & garden's front & rear. The lounge has a large luxury leather L shaped settee & wide screen plasma TV, glass coffee table. French doors lead to a large patio which has a covered pergola providing a large shaded area, with a 3 piece rattan suite & comfortable cushions.
The kitchen is fully fitted with American fridge freezer, water filter system provides drinking water. Dining area has glass table & six comfortable chairs. In short the whole house has been furnished to a cooling contemporary feel.
A large 10mx5m swimming pool is a overflow type including a jacuzzi at the end which flows into the pool, side Roman steps makes access into the pool easy & lovely sea views, various sun loungers around the terrace. There is a thatched covered dining area overlooking the pool, incorporating a BBQ, sink, wine cooler & an 8 seat dining table. Overall the villa is set in 1600sq metre's of lovely landscaped gardens

Swimming Pool is cleaned twice a week,& gardeners once a week.
Landscaped gardens are illuminated in the evening also the terrace, parking areas & driveway.
Thatched BBQ area with dining table & wine cooler is well illuminated for the evening dinner.

Private driveway takes you to Amarna villa, where covered parking is available.
The villa is on a exclusive estate of 13 different designed villas, we are situated at the end of a cul-de-sac & once in the villa you have the feel of absolute seclusion.
Terrace & Thatched BBQ area are well illuminated for the evening cocktails & BBQs overlooking the Mediterranean sea.
Al Fresco breakfast area is in a separate location on the terrace under a pergola.

Absolute Gem

Complete luxury in a peaceful setting yet close to all you need to enjoy everything this beautiful island has to offer.... that's if you can tear yourself away from the amazing pool and gardens !! The owners are lovely and have thought of everything to give your holiday that extra wow factor. So good we're already booked for next year 😊
Absolutely beautiful villa

We used the outdoor kitchen more often than going out only because we didn’t want to leave the beautiful surroundings and not miss the stunning sunset. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed. 100% recommend this villa . Ron the owner was very helpful throughout our booking and arranged a car hire for us who were very sufficient and helpful. 100% recommend

Armarna Villa ***** Stunning Villa
By Trudy Wilson on 28-Jun-2025We have recently just returned back from our 1st visit at this villa for 14 days. There was 6 of us in total (3 couples). This villa is absolutely stunning, situation of the villa is at the end of a cul de sac and is secluded and peaceful. Inside the villa is very well catered for, for 6 people, with everything you could need, everything you could wish for in the kitchen, seating, bedrooms have more than adequate furniture and storage, ensuites are lovely, family bathroom is very modern (the one thing I would fault in the family bathroom is that it doesn't have a shower screen on the bath and the shower has been fitted just above the taps, for a family this would be absolutely fine but for a 3 couple stay it was not so good). The master room upstairs is absolutely stunning with sea views from the furnished balcony. The outside areas are absolutely fantastic, having 3 different seating areas all very well equipped with furniture, outdoor kitchen was perfect get together at night, the infinity pool was exceptional and the wrap around gardens were immaculate, including a variety of fruit trees. You definitely need a car during your stay. The owners are extremely helpful and very quick replying to any queries. I am sure you will not be disappointed with this wonderful villa. I would most definitely recommend.....we will definitely return in the future 5*****
