Private and secluded luxury villa located in the Afra Hills countryside and close to the West coast sandy beaches.

Villa Oleander is ideally located if you are looking to relax during the day & evenings and be away from the hustle and bustle. We are close to explore the highlights of Corfu and experience the charm of the Corfu hills & countryside.

The inviting swimming pool and south facing garden makes it the ideal setting for sun-worshipers. The villa is furnished to a high standard with a cathedral ceiling, open plan lounge, dining area, two bedrooms giving it a light and spacious feel. The villa, gardens & pool are private and fringed with oleander bushes and honeysuckle.

Spacious interior with an open plan lounge, dining area and well equipped kitchen. Internet television and DVD player. Patio doors overlook onto the inviting swimming pool and gardens, with sunbathing terrace and outdoor dining.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed (160cm x 200cms). The bedroom overlooks the pool and gardens. There is an en-suite toilet & rain shower attached to the master bedroom. Triple wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. High cathedral ceiling which helps keep the bedroom cool in the summer warm months. The bedroom is fully air conditioned.

The second bedroom has two single beds. Lovely bright bedroom with high cathedral ceiling which keeps cool in the warm summer months. Double wardrobes and drawers. Opposite the bedroom you have a separate bathroom with toilet, washbasin bath tub and rain shower. The bedroom overlooks the pool and gardens.

Set in secluded, private, tranquil and relaxing gardens with outdoor dining, barbecue and lounge area. Enjoy the private pool. Ideal for the warm summer months so you can relax and enjoy the comfort of your own villa and take a cool refreshing swim in the inviting pool. Charcoal barbecue, outdoor dining table & chairs with sun parasol for you to enjoy dining al-fresco in the warm summer evenings.

An excellent location for peace and quiet whilst conveniently located in the Afra Hills to explore the nearby highlights of the island. The nearby beach of Pelekas (kontogalios Beach) is just 10 minutes drive and is one of the best sandy beaches on the island with a choice of sea front tavernas.

​​Agios Ioannis is the neighbouring village which has a Greek taverna in the village square, local bar, pharmacy and small mini market. Pelekas is a charming village nestling into the mountain with stunning views of the sea and all over the island. There are plenty of tavernas to choose from with some local bars.

Corfu Town is 15 minutes drive away and has an endless choice of tavernas, bars and shops. Everything is close by but car hire is essential.

Prices are in pounds per week for the villa which sleeps 4 people. Linen changed weekly. The owners of Villa Oleander are residents of Corfu and will service the villa once a week, and will be available to offer help, advice or information throughout your stay.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

£200.00 Security deposit payable prior to arrival and will be refunded 10 days after departure from the villa if there are no breakages or damage to the property

7 days minimum stay

There is air conditioning at the villa which optional and is in both bedrooms. The prices is 7 euros per unit, per night. This can be paid locally

Perfect! Charming rural location, but 5mins away from main road and easy access to anywhere on the island. Really has everything you need, with lovely, helpful, friendly, accessible hosts who understand how to be available and engaging, but respect guests privacy. We will certainly be returning to Villa Oleander. Thank you for a fantastic, relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stress free holiday.

Fantastic villa and pool, perfect area to see Corfu!

5/5 Stayed Jul 22 Firstly the hosts Shay and Stephen have done a wonderful job here, the instructions on directions and within the villa were easy to follow. They greeted us on arrival and were so welcoming! The villa has everything you can ask for including ALL kitchen utensils which is my bug bear! The villa was spotless as was the pool and patio area. As its south facing the pool was so warm and inviting and I agree with previous reviews, the photos don''t do this beautiful villa justice! Perfect location to travel around especially to the west and south coast, Pelekas was lovely with some fabulous restaurants and great beach which we didn''t visit until later in our week silly billy! We will know better next time - we never go to the same place twice but we are already looking at dates for next year...our children are already looking forward to it! Thank you Shay and Stephen for a wonderful and relaxing holiday xx

A lovely two weeks spent at Villa Oleander.

The location is very peaceful and off the beaten track and a perfect central location for exploring the island. As mentioned in the villa information a car is a definitely a necessity. The villa was clean, tidy and well equipped and maintained discreetly throughout our stay. Stephen and Shay were the perfect hosts, they completely respected our privacy but were always available if we needed them or had any questions. Before our arrival Shay was very responsive to emails and the information they provided was very extensive and extremely beneficial to our stay. We would definitely recommend hiring a boat to explore the coastline. Spiros boat hire in Barbati was a great recommendation in the villa information guide. We would not hesitate to book this villa again so if you’re considering a booking you will not be disappointed. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
