We first visited Villa Avrio a few years ago, celebrating a milestone event within our family and which was intended as a one-off treat. However, once you have stayed in this beautiful villa you won’t ever want to stay anywhere else and we have now returned on 4 separate occasions. Sue, who owns this property, goes over-and-above to help make your visit as special and seamless as possible. The villa sits within about 20 yards from lower bedroom to the beach, and spoils you with its spacious rooms, incredible first-floor balcony views over the beach and Kalami Bay, modern feel with air con, WiFi, shutters and mosquito blinds etc, and close to all amenities whilst retaining a peaceful back-of-the-beach location. If you are looking for a special stay in Kalami then look no further. Suitable for couples and/or families alike - A true Greek gem.
Once again we were lucky enough to stay at this beautiful villa. Thanks so much to the owner Mrs Willans for her flexibility and kindness in the run up to this stay. With Covid and two poorly dogs we had to postpone several times…Mrs Willans kindly rescheduled for which we were very grateful. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and in prime position on the beach in Kalami. It has everything you could need. It is extremely comfortable (the aircon in the bedrooms is a godsend in the 32 degree heat). The upstairs is spacious and leads on to a lovely large balcony with stunning views over Kalami Bay. The local restaurants are excellent and you are only a short drive from Kassiopi. We had a lovely welcome from Mario (super Mario supermarket opposite the villa) who left us pies. Bread and wine for when we got in as our arrival was late. He manages the properly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back.
