Description
The newly available villa OLIVIO stands high above the stone built village of Agia Anna in two acres of olive, pine, fruit/nut trees (which can be enjoyed by the guests) and natural vegetation. The villa is not overlooked, with the nearest house being 300 metres away. It's an ideal spot for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers (buzzards, hawks, kestrels amongst other birds) and those wishing to explore the island. The A1 motorway, which links Nicosia & Limassol is a 15 minutes away. The nearest beach at Mackenzie is 17 minutes away. Larnaca seafront, with its beach and restaurants is 27 minutes. Larnaca airport is 17 minutes away.Two restaurants in the village offer quality Cypriot cuisine and there's a supermarket. It's a ten minute walk to the village or a couple of minutes by car.
There's a 10 x 5 metre pool and a heated spa/jacuzzi.
Cyprus is at its prettiest in the early part of the year when it's covered in wild flowers, perfect for walkers and cyclists, whereas the hottest months lend themselves to chilling around the pool or visiting one of its many beaches.

Beautiful place
By Romina on 05-Sep-2025Beautiful place, an incredible view, you feel a special peace up on the mountain. The house is very beautiful, fully equipped, spacious and comfortable. Upstairs you can’t hear any noise from downstairs.

Simply stunning
By Liam on 19-Aug-2025A Wonderful Escape in Agia Anna. We had an amazing stay in a lovely villa in Agia Anna. The villa was spacious and very clean, with all the comforts you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday, I have never experienced such peace. The private pool was a true highlight – perfect for cooling off during the day and enjoying the fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and village. The atmosphere was calm and refreshing, making it the ideal spot to unwind. The hot tub is another added bonus. Agia Anna itself is such a charming little village – quiet, traditional, yet still close enough to Larnaca and the coastline for easy trips to the beach and town. It really felt like the best of both worlds. Our host, Dino, was excellent. Immediate responses if we had any queries about the property. His flexibility with check-in and check-out times was a huge bonus and made our trip even more stress-free. We arrived late into the night, Dino had left us a loaf of bread and some milk for the morning, a lovely touch. This place is a hidden gem, perfect for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and a touch of luxury. We will be going again, hopefully soon. Thank you Dino

A truly fabulous location at a great price

A great laid back week
By Su & Al on 21-Jun-2025Loved the pool, jacuzzi and pleasant grounds. The shaded area by the fully resourced kitchen was our 'go to' for leisurely meals when not dining at the nearby tavernas. Indoors the villa was welcoming and spacious with everything needed for a good time. Thanks Dino

An enjoyable holiday
By Paul on 21-Jun-2025We really enjoyed our week in Olivio. It is set at the top of a steep hill so the views are stunning. We enjoyed swimming in the pool which is a good size and relaxing in the hot tub. A few more sunbeds would be good. From our balcony we could see the sea but it is a distance away and so a car is essential. Parking in Larnaca can be found for as little as 3 euros a day. We visited a number of restaurants by car in villages nearby. All were good and inexpensive. As the owner states the villa is an ideal location to explore that part of Cyprus. It is very private and quiet, an ideal location to relax in stunning surroundings.
