The villa is perfectly located in Kapparis, between firemans beach and malama beach, each just 8 minutes walk away. The main strip of Kapparis with a large selection of restaurants, tavernas and bars, is just a 5 minute stroll.


A local bus service runs from Kapparis main strip to Pernera ( 5 minutes ), Protaras ( 12 minutes ) and onto Ayia Napa ( 20 minutes ).


The villa has just undergone a full refurbishment, and installation of a new 9m pool, sun loungers, dining area and concrete barbecue. New security gates have been installed at each end of the villa, ensuring security and privacy.


One of the biggest draws of Bow Villa, is how close it is to the beach. Within just a few minutes walk, you’ll find yourself at either Fireman’s Beach or Malama Beach, both favourites among locals and visitors. These smaller, family-friendly beaches are ideal for swimming, sunbathing, or just taking in the sea breeze with your feet in the sand. They tend to be more relaxed than some of the busier beaches nearby, and that’s part of what makes them so appealing.


You can easily pop down for a quick morning swim or spend a full day lounging by the water. The beaches are clean, the water is clear, and the atmosphere is always calm.


The location of Pearl Residences puts you right in the heart of Kapparis, a coastal village that has quietly grown into one of Cyprus’ most charming and liveable areas. Kapparis has retained its local character while still offering everything you might need, supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops, and a handful of excellent tavernas, all within walking distance. It’s relaxed, friendly, and easy to navigate. People here say good morning. They stop to chat. It still feels like a community.


​For a more energetic outing, Protaras, Paralimni, and even Ayia Napa are only a short drive away, offering more restaurants, bars, and nightlife options. Alternatively a regular bus service runs through Kapparas, on to Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa. But after a night out, coming back to the quiet of your villa in Kapparis is always a welcome return.
