Get away from it all when you choose the charming Villa St. Nicholas House in the resort town of Dassia in Corfu island. Up to 12 adults and 2 children can stay in this stylish villa, making it the perfect location for a group or family vacation.
The magnificent detached Villa is ideally situated in a picturesque rural area, just a short distance from restaurants, shops, and lovely sandy beaches. The swim in the morning is only 300m away.
This modern designed villa is constructed over three floors with the main floor living area particularly spacious and bright, and with large patio doors leading out to the front terrace, allows attentive parents to supervise the younger family members splashing about in the swimming pool from the comfort of the lovely outdoor sofa’s, a perfect vantage point for the hotter parts of the day!
The beautiful balcony overlooking the partially sea view from the upstairs bedrooms is the ideal place to enjoy a well-earned sundowner at the end of the day! This villa is ideal for large family get-togethers or groups of friends because it has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. What more could you want from a vacation villa? This really is a tranquil location with lovely gardens, a fantastic private pool, and less than a 5-minute stroll from the beach and resort amenities.
The ground floor has separate entrance and consists of two bedrooms, living - dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
On the main floor you've got the main comfortable living room-dining area with three double sofas and two arm-chairs, coffee tables, TV with satellite and DVD/CD player, the fully equipped kitchen, along with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an extra WC with walk-in shower .
On the upper floor, there's a large bathroom with a glamorous corner bath and twin basins, the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony with sea view.
There's also 2 twin bedrooms on this floor.
Previous guests, mostly extended families or friends, have remarked how this setup allows them to enjoy privacy when they choose to take some moments away from the group.
Villa St. Nicholas House is ideal for multi-generational families or groups of friends, who want to be together and at the same time enjoy privacy when they wish.

Villa was clean and beautiful and there was all necessary we 9 people needed for a week. Dinos was a great host and a True Gentleman! He arranged us a rental car with in a minute! So easy and quick. We enjoyed our holiday in Corfu very much!

The house was cleaned with towels etc refreshed midweek. We didn't rent cars and this was totally workable just waking to shops etc. Thank you Dinos!

The villa is spacious, well equipped and has a beautiful pool, lounge and eating areas. The local area is lovely with a variety of restaurants, beaches and hidden coves in easy walking distance, bus or boat ride. Dinos was a highly response and proactive host and visited the villa often to ensure everything ok was ok with the property, clean team and our group. Highly recommend for a great week in Corfu with a big group!

By Marie on 25-Aug-2025Wow, what a fantastic holiday! Everything was perfect and even better than we imagined. Dinos is a brilliant host (his whole team are great) and the villa is beautiful. The location couldn’t be better, very close to the beach (we swam every morning) and a short walk to the town and restaurants. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed for our family group of 12. Dinos arranged a boat trip for us which was the highlight of our trip. Lots of seating areas at the villa, huge BBQ, well equipped kitchen, we honestly couldn’t fault it! We will be back

The pool was lovely if a little chilly in April, and the surroundings were peaceful with a stunning view from the lounge balcony. Dinos met us when we arrived and was friendly and helpful and responded immediately when we contacted him. Thank you Dinos!
