Description

This Ridgewood Lakes villa was built in 2012. Situated on one of the best positions on the golf course with views of 2 lakes and open spaces. The Villa has been designed to give an air-conditioned, spacious comfortable feeling with a large master bedroom, a Queen bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. 2 en-suites and a third bathroom. 2 lounges one with TV and wii and the other a quieter area overlooking the pool. Formal and Social dining areas. Large Games Room (Pool, Football, Hockey, Table Tennis and TV), Fully fitted kitchen, 30+ft private lit pool and spa, sun loungers and outside dining area. Free wifi, multiple cable TVs and free phone in NA. Utility Room with complete washing facilities. Ridgewood Lakes is a safe 24 hour managed gated community with open spaces and varied wildlife. Local supermarket, Shopping Mall and good family restaurants. Disney is 15 minutes, Legoland is further along the 27 and Busch Gardens is down the Interstate 4.

Fully equipped kitchen with large microwave, oven, hobs, fridge freezer with water cooler, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. There is a breakfast table with chairs and a walk in pantry. Open with family room and pool views.

Utility Room:

Equipped with washing machine and dryer. Iron and ironing board, all you need to keep you going.

Living Rooms:

Family room has sofa and love seat with large TV, cable package and Wii. Good views over the pool and the golf course. Access to Lanai through patio doors.

Lounge in quieter area with great views of the pool and the spa though patio doors onto the Lanai

Well equipped games room with high quality pool, foosball and hockey tables with a table tennis table cover. TV and chairs included.

Linen for all bedrooms is available and the beds will be ready for use on arrival. Towels for use at the villa and pool are all included. Additional maid services can be arranged as an optional extra.

Accessibility

Suitable for limited mobility. The villa is not fully kitted for disabled people, however apart from one step into the games room all other rooms are on the same level. There is a small step to get into the villa from all accesses.

Outside

Large, screen covered lit private swimming pool. 30ft+, designed to give length for swimming and shape for play. The in-pool seating is pleasant and provides a good view for the sunset.

The hot spa (heating optional extra) provides a social area and is either refreshing (without heat) or soothing (with heat). It is great in the evening.

The Lanai and pool area are both larger than normal providing you with good sun cover during the heat of the day and/or open sun lounging areas to improve your tan. The Lanai also provides good cover for those occasional rainy times.

The pool area meets latest safety standards to protect young children.

The areas has a selection of sun loungers, chairs and a table, the later providing an outside dining area for breakfast through to evening meal.

There are amazing views over the golf course, wildlife and lakes from the pool area.

Important notes on accommodation

Cot, High Chair, Barbecue and Pool Heating are all available as optional extras. The villa and features are designed to provide you with a relaxing atmosphere for you to recover from the theme parks. Also the games room and wii and pool provides good facilities for those who still have energy and want to have fun. It is ideal for a family who want to go to the theme parks, couples or small group that wants to enjoy the magnificent golfing in Orlando, Snow birds who want to get away from the cold or even just a couple who want to enjoy the comfort and facilities in this executive styled villa.

We have an excellent accessible management company should any problems occur.

Perfect Place for a Family

The previous review, which was written just before we arrived is spot on, down to the family of herons that walked by each day. We could not have been more happy with our stay. The villa is located in a beautiful gold course community, with a beautiful view of the course and walking distance to the tennis and pickle ball courts (with equipment at the villa to play). The pool and hot tub are a huge highlight amd we agree paying to heat the pool was WELL worth it (at least during the shoulder seasons for spring and fall). The pool is big, the hot tub gets toasty within 20 minutes of being turned on, and there is a waterfall from the hot tub to the pool. Bring floats — we spent hours floating and reading in the pool. There is a large deck area with plenty of room to sit out in the sun and under the covered lanai when the sun is too much, Perhaps the best feature of all is the large screen covering everything which means no bugs whether day or night while sitting on the deck. The inside of the house is spacious, with a large open floor plan and plenty of space to spread out. One bedroom has its own bathroom in addition to the master, so it would be a great spot for a trip with grandparents — while still having another part of the house with 2 bedrooms with twin beds (up to 4 kids). The two twin room have their own bathroom that opens directory onto the pool deck (so no dripping suits going through the house). There is also a large game room in the garaage that the kids really enjoyed. Between the pool, game room, and plenty of TV’s throughout the house, the kids never got bored while we spent lots of time by the pool. The hosts are very responsive and clearly take great pride in their home and are quick to address any issues that arise. We had a lovely and relaxing time at this villa and will look for opportunities to return!

Nice quiet gated community

Such a beautiful property located in a great gated community. This home has views of the golf course which we loved sipping our coffee every morning and watching people play golf. The pool was very nice and big which we enjoyed daily. The home itself is huge, great layout and is great for families. It is close to highways and lots of restaurants to enjoy. Thank you to Step

Beautiful home and convenient to Disney

We enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were wonderful and addressed any needs right away. Getting in and through security every time you enter can be a wait. Some days we waited 15-20 mins but that was ok because we weren’t in a hurry. When we returned later in the evening there was no wait and we were able to show our pass to enter. Disney is about 15 -20 mins away if there’s no traffic, however if you hit traffic it can be 30-40 mins. Plan your day accordingly and to avoid traffic. The house was furnished with cookware and there was a Publix right down the road. The beds were comfortable and the master bathroom was wonderful. Enjoyed our stay, we would definitely return in the future. Thanks for being great hosts!
