Sitting at the terrace you will enjoy the magnificent view on the sea, Cavtat, the Old Town of Dubrovnik and the Bay of Župa.
Cavtat - the antique Epidaurum in the Adriatic is the predecessor of Dubrovnik. This medieval township was constructed on the slopes of a peninsula with two picturesque bays. Its cultural and historical tale of unique beauties make it to one of the most popular tourist destinations along the Croatian coast. We had a perfect family holiday here.

Villa Perla is very comfortable and elegant, with lots of space. We were especially impressed with the pool, which was spotlessly clean.
Cavtat is a very pretty small village but tourists are well catered for. It does not have a particularly good beach but there are numerous others a short ferry ride away and Dubrovnik is also a short boat trip away.. Everything was easily on hand.
Anita was lovely and extremely helpful.
We have already booked for next year!
A complete gem

What a find! My family and I stayed here for two weeks for my wedding and it exceeded our expectations. There was loads of space and different areas to relax for our group of ten (8adults & 2 toddlers). Everything is fabulous, the decor, the pool area, the views. Anita was so welcoming and helpful, nothing was a problem. A very short walk to the village and a few amenities even closer- bakery, shop, restaurant & beauty salon. The perfect accommodation for a perfect holiday! Hopefully we get the opportunity to return!
Fabulous views, Fabulous time.

Anita and family are most gracious hosts, a wealth of knowledge about the area. Views from home are spectacular and the home is well-stocked. A 3 minute walk to the sea, restaurants, bars, grocery and bakery. If you want an authentic upper-end residential experience in Croatia, you won't be disappointed.

From the moment we arrived Anita made us most welcome in her stunning property. A great location for 2 families to stay and the views were wonderful. It was great to have a pool area so close to the beaches. We will definitely be back
A week in Villa La Perla, Cavtat
By on 19-Aug-2018
The villa is excellent, decorated and furnished to a high standard, felt like a home away from home. 5 of us stayed there for the 2nd week in Aug. There was plenty of room inside and out, so we could all be together and quite areas to sit on your own. Anita is the owner and speaks perfect English and made us all very welcome, she gave us great tips on where to eat, spend the day and even recommendations on the local wine. Spent a couple of days just chilling around the pool but went in every day after being out and about to cool off. The Villa is set on a hill overlooking the Cavtat harbour which also has wonderful views of the mountains and sea. It’s a short walk down some steps to centre of town where there is a good selection of places to eat and drink all day and night. It was always busy but not as crowded as Dubrovnik Old Town and quieter. Cavtat is on the flight path into Dubrovnik airport, you hear the odd plane going over during the day but not enough to spoil the place and you soon get used to them. There are plenty of day trips to go on which you can organise at the harbour front, there are also lots of safe places to go swimming and snorkelling, we spent many hours swimming around the bay and rocks looking at the fish. There are bars where you can hire sunbeds for the day, sit, relax, swim, eat, drink and all for a reasonable price, or if you want to stay at the villa and cook there is a very well-equipped kitchen and BBQ area, there are two small supermarkets in walking distance to get all your supplies. Perfect holiday break, you couldn’t ask for anything more.

Fantastic villa with in walking distance of all bars, restaurants and beaches. Would definitely book again. Anita was lovely and so helpful.
“Beautiful Villa, Excellent Location,”
By Martin G. on 06-Sep-2017
First of all Anita the owner replied very quickly to all our questions and nothing was too much from arranging airport transfer to supplying an arrival pack.
Anita is on site (though keeps a very low profile) which is excellent for sorting out any minor problems and for advice on what to do.
Only 15 minutes from the airport
The villa is is an excellent location with stunning views of Cavtat from the front.
The pool is secluded and the envy of most people passing on their walk down to Cavtat.
The villa was spotless clean compared to others we have stayed in and very well equipped, more like a home than a rental
We were with our adult children and 2 grandchildren who enjoyed it so much we booked for next year before we left

Anbefales!

This villa is ideal for a large group or family, our ages ranged from 4-70 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and facilities on offer. The Villa is very close to the center of Cavtat and a boat ride to Dubrovnik. Anita made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for her. The photos on the website are exactly as the villa is, superb! The views from the terrace are amazing, either watching the glorious sunsets or enjoying the views of beautiful Cavtat, with Dubrovnik in the far distance . The pool area is outstanding, such a relaxing area to watch the children playing in the pool. We felt so comfortable and relaxed in this stunning Villa none of us wanted to leave!!! We loved it!
“Everything about this place was fabulous!”
By Jean on 09-Aug-2016
Had looked at lots of places before booking this, and it was more than we had planned to spend, but we were so glad that we booked Villa La Perla. Anita was lovely to deal with and was happy to answer lots of emails / calls in advance. The villa was just as beautiful in real life as it looks in the photos and we had a fantastic stay. The pool is perfect and the location of the villa is fantastic. A short walk downhill into town where there were lots of places to eat and drink. Cavtat itself was lovely with plenty to occupy us for the week - a boat trip to Dubrovnik, paddle boarding, kayaking, people watching ... Would love to go back to stay there in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone considering it.

This is just about the perfect place for a holiday. The villa itself is ideal. We rented it with another family so had four adults and three kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. all the bedrooms are lovely and the kitchen has everything you need. If you cook in the villa you can choose to eat inside or on the balcony as there are large dining tables in both spaces. The weather was so good and the view so beautiful that we ate every meal outside. The new pool is great, a good size and plenty of chairs and space for everyone to lounge. It's very close to the town, which itself is a delight. We enjoyed Cavtat so much that we barely used our hire car and as it's so close to the airport you may not need to hire one at all. There's everything you could want within easy walking distance, we hired a boat, went out on kayaks, sampled five of the many restaurants and the amazing cocktail bar. The villa's owners Anita and Dario are very friendly and supportive, leaving no stone unturned - they even gave my daughter an unsolicited birthday cake, having noticed her birthday on her passport!
Oustanding villa and town

Outstanding Villa, pool and facilities!! What a great start to our first visit to Croatia/ we were greeted by the lovely owners, Anita and Dario made us feel really welcome. The Villa was superb, and the pictures which enticed us to come here didn't actually do it justice. We were a family of 7 with a toddler. The pool was perfect lots of shady places and lots of room to spread out. So many different places to sit and relax. The Villa itself is more like a luxury home/ very well decorated, air con in every room/ but for us having 5 en suites and excellent en suites at that!, made all the difference when it came to get ready to go out. Every day the pool was cleaned and Dario came a watered the plants and swept the terraces, always asking if everything was OK.. The Villa is perfectly situated a very short walk , down to the town down a relatively steep hill/ but we soon got used it. Being a few minutes out of the centre gave us fantastic views of the harbour. Plenty of Super Yachts coming in out for a small town. The people of Croatia were so nice and friendly, the food outstanding value and quality and the scenery stunning. I really dont want to tell too many people about this little gem as we will be back for sure. Thank you so much for making this one of the most outstanding family holidays we have had.
You will not want to leave

I hired the villa for a birthday celebration with friend. We all fell in love with the villa and Cavtat. A warm welcome was waiting for us by Anita and her husband. Anita is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Any questions or requests were dealt with speedily and with a smile. Anything from restaurant recommendations to hiring a boat for the day. The villa has everything you could ask for plus views to die for. Its hard to leave the terrace as it means leaving the views behind you. The pool has plenty of seating with a mix of loungers and soft seating with shade. Stylish and perfect for your own little chill out parties. The location is perfect, less than a 5 minute walk and your in the heart of harbour, just keep in mind it's a steep hill on the way back after a meal and a few cocktails so it can take a while longer to walk back........ All bedrooms are a good size with modern bathrooms. Air conditioning is effective and quiet. Wifi even works around the pool are. I would recommend that you book this villa, you will not be disappointed.
What is not perfect - well nothing

What can I say, Dubrovnik - wonderful, Cavtat - perfect, Villa - stunning. All photographs were exactly as reality, no artist license. Views over Cavtat harbour and in the distance Dubrovnik and mountains, all amazing. So is the red sun set over Dubrovnik. The villa was clean tidy and well equipped luxury and you could not buy the views. Breakfast on the terrace is great. The new pool area is fantastic and a must for families. Small super market 100 M if you want to BBQ but go for the array of local restaurants, a great choice. Ask Anita almost anything and she will arrange it, even your wedding. Three generations (age 7 to 66) of our family loved it. RK
