Description
**BOOKINGS TAKEN FOR 2026 AND CONFIRMED WITH A DEPOSIT PAYMENT DURING 2025, WILL BE HELD AT 2025 PRICES**Peaceful and secluded with total privacy yet only a 10-15 minute walk to cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Also offering a large fully fenced garden and outdoor swimming pool.
Only a 7-8 minute drive to the nearest beach at Fuseta - a very pretty fishing village with lots of amazing fish restaurants to choose from, plus a very lively beach side cafe bar.
Moncarapacho is our lovely local village and is a short walk from the villa or a 2-3 minute drive by car. There are several restaurants in the village to choose from, lots of cafes, a daily fish market and both large and small supermarkets with plenty of choice.
Olhao is the nearest town and a thriving fishing port with an amazing vibe. A long avenue runs alongside the marina which is lined with many different restaurants and bars, offering every possible type of cuisine. The big covered fish, meat and vegetable market is open Monday to Friday mornings and on Saturday morning is joined by an outside street market with local vendors offering their home grown produce, local honey, herbs, spices and so much more. A really vibrant town that is a must visit. From here, you can also take ferries to the Ria Formosa islands and visit the beautiful beaches or simply go for lunch with your family or friends.
The magical town of Tavira is only around a 20 minute drive to the east and is regarded as the 'little Venice of the Algarve'. Cobbled streets abound with boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants. Sample the local Sangria while sitting alongside the Gilao river where you can drink in the atmosphere at the same time.
If you want to do a border hop, Spain is only around 35-40 minutes drive away and the nearest Spanish town, Ayamonte, offers all that Spain is renowned for from super tapas restaurants, lots of boutique shopping and a very pretty marina area opposite the main square - don't forget the one hour time difference though!
The Western Algarve is approximately 35 minutes drive if you want to see where the international footballers stay. Visit Villamoura Marina or go for a special meal in one of the many top class restaurants in Val do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, or simply stroll along the endless beaches, also boasting several top class restaurants and beach clubs.
Going further west, there are some beautiful cities to add to your visit list, Sagres, Setubal, Lagos, Lisbon, Cascais, all no more than a 1-3 hour drive.
The villa itself has an open plan style living, dining and kitchen area with separate utility room which contains a washing machine, ironing board etc. There are plenty of relaxation areas, streaming tv and a 6 seater dining table and chairs.
A door leads from the kitchen to a large covered terrace for alfresco dining with a large round table and chairs, an outdoor kitchen, bbq and adjacent swimming pool.
There are two ground floor bedrooms, the very spacious master bedroom suite with double bed, dressing room and en suite shower with patio doors leading out to the garden. The large second bedroom has a 'super king' sized bed with patio doors to the rear garden and is next to a separate bathroom.
Upstairs is a casual sitting area with a large double sofa bed, an office space plus a balcony with views across the orange groves to the sea. A third twin bedroom with bathroom en suite completes the first floor.
The villa is a hidden gem a stones throw from all amenities but surrounded by nature and offering total peace and seclusion but also all mod cons. Wifi (fibre) , large fenced garden, child safe and pet friendly. Air conditioning in all main rooms, Plenty of parking and a large outdoor kitchen and covered dining terrace overlooking the outdoor pool.
Check in 1500 hours, check out by 1100 hours although special requests can be accommodated if required.
Faro Airport is only a 20 minute drive away and there are plenty of cars to hire directly at the airport. If you don't want a car, a collection service can be arranged at an additional cost.
50% deposit with booking and balance due a minimum of 60 days before travel unless otherwise agreed. A refundable damage deposit is payable with booking (€100), refunded within one week of your holiday end. Full details are on our booking form.
A cleaning fee of €50 is payable with each booking. Dogs are allowed at an additional charge of €25 per stay.

The property is in spacious grounds with well established gardens . Can not recommend enough the quality of everything , its all top class

By Florence on 10-Jul-2025Perfect location near the town of Moncarapacho with Fuzeta beach 10 mins by car The grounds are spacious and secure A peaceful setting with large covered outdoor terrace and outdoor kitchen provides a perfect space next to the swimming pool for outdoor dining There are 2 other covered terraces providing additional seating areas lit the front and rear of the large house Internally the house is spectacular and extremely spacious The master bedroom has an en-suite and walk in wardrobes Three bathrooms are a boon for family stays etc I can highly recommend all on offer here Our stay has been perfect
