Description
Casa Colina is located 20 minutes from Faro airport and 20 minutes from the magnificent Barril Beach near Fuseta. Set on a enviable position on a hillside looking down to the Ria Famosa the feeling of freedom and luxury is unmistakable.The air-conditioned Main villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 Bathroom, Large Lounge / Dining room, a fully equipped kitchen. Two apartments give 3 further bedrooms and two more bathroom, each with their own kitchen. A TV with IPTV and the normal streaming services, Bluetooth speakers in each bedroom and a games room, large pool and Pétanque court can provide hours of fun for all the family.
The Villa is within easy reach of the main A22 motorway and easy access to Faro, Loule, Mar Shopping Center, Villamoura and many, many golf courses.
Our rental terms is for a minimum of 7 days and in multiples of 7 days, the arrival and departure days are only on Thursdays
PLEASE NOTE: In Faro District there is a Tourist tax payable between March & October, the rate costs €2.00 euros per person from the age of 16 and is applied for up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This Tax will be collected in cash by the Villa Manager during your stay.

Fantastic long weekend
By Kate Williams on 10-Mar-2026We loved our long weekend in Casa Colina. There was plenty of space, both in the large bedrooms and in the big communal kitchen / diner / living room. We particularly appreciated having a couple of separate apartments. The view from the pool terrace is spectacular, and we swam every day. The games room was lots of fun too. Some of our group didn't leave the villa all weekend! We'll be back!

January blues ladies weekend away

The villa has stunning views and is fully equipped with all you might need whether basking in the sun outdoors or, as was our case, a January blues ladies weekend away for cooking, eating and drinking wine. Graham and his team are the perfect hosts. We will be back again next year if not before!
A Villa that has everything that you need

They like to stay in the villa whilst we are away on holidays and do not like to venture out too much, so it is so important for us to have a lovely villa, and this one is perfect. The room where bright, well laid out and the beds where all comfortable, there is so much that this villa has to offer, whether you are travelling as a large family or two families going together, there is enough space and amenities for everyone. The pool is a great size and kept clean, plenty of sun loungers for everyone and towels laid out. We as a whole family would highly recommend this villa, it is stunning. I normally do not take the time to write reviews on from our holidays but I just had to for this one as it was so well deserved. Thank you
Perfect location for team building

All participants commented that the villa was a perfect location for team building. We are still impressed by the high-quality furnishings of Villa Casa Colina and the fact that the owner provided us with a very fast broadband connection. We would love to return for another four weeks next year. The location is very peaceful, and the view of the Atlantic Ocean, about 10 kilometres away, is fantastic. (Translated from German)
