This lovely duplex townhouse property is located in a private gated condo approx. 10min walk from Ferragudo town centre and Praia Grande beach. There are electric gates at the Entrance on a small cul-de-sac road so there is no passing traffic near the property.
On the main ground floor level there is a fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom and an open living area with sofas and TV, and also a dining table that seats 6. The patio doors open out to the terrace with outdoor table and chairs and a couple of sun beds and BBQ. The property also has its own "splash" pool.
Both bedrooms - master with a double bed and a second bedroom with a sofa bed - are on the first floor with a sun terrace and views over the town. The main bathroom is also on the first floor adjacent to the bedrooms.

The property is fully air-conditioned, with wifi and security alarm.
All bedlinen and towels are provided including separate towels for the pool/outdoor use. Maid service includes mid-week clean.
We follow Covid-19 Cleaning procedures (Clean&Safe) as recommended by the Portuguese Tourism Board.
A travel cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge with a prior request. Note: the property has internal stairs!

Ferragudo is an old traditional fishing village which has changed into a small seaside resort over the last couple decades. Here you find plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés and small shops scattered around the town square. You can also take a Water taxi to Portimão and Praia da Rocha on the other side of the river if you fancy a different night out.
Praia Grande is Ferragudo's main beach and has plenty of facilities such as restaurants and cafes. It is a popular spot and can become quite busy in the summer months but being sheltered by big sea breakers the beach here is fairly safe for children, swimming and water sports. There is also a seasonal lifeguard service and a children's playground by the beachside making this a great family beach.
