Description

Well situated villa with 5 bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 people, with private pool and air conditioning in the picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo. The villa is located in a quiet area, but within walking distance of the charming center of Ferragudo.

Accommodation: 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.

On the first floor you will find a living room, with air conditioning, which is equipped with two sofas, armchair, TV with international channels and a dining table with chairs. Also on the first floor there are two bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. These rooms share a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The kitchen is also situated on the first floor. This spacious kitchen, with air conditioning, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
A staircase takes you to the second floor. Here are also two bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. The shared spacious bathroom has two sinks, walk-in shower, bidet and toilet.
All these bedrooms have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and sliding doors to the balcony.
In the basement is the fifth bedroom (on the same level as the garden). This bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Here is a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also an extra room with a washing machine and an extra room which can be used as a playroom with games and books. There is also a ping pong table.

Outside:
You will find the private pool of 8x4 meters, which is equipped with salt water. This protects swimwear from discoloration and prevents excessive drying of the skin. Over the pool is an electric pool cover that keeps the water at a pleasant temperature in the spring and autumn. At the corner of the pool is an outdoor shower. There is also a swing with swing board and rocking chair. There is an additional outdoor area with garden tables and chairs and a fixed barbecue and sink. A wonderful place to enjoy a meal overlooking the pool.
At the front of the house you have parking space for two cars on private property.

This was a really pleasant stay, so there''s a lot to highlight about the house. The outdoors area presents enough space to stay by the pool, playing, sunbathing or just having lunch, near the barbecue zone. On the downside, the WiFi signal is not too good outside. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic cooking utensils, as well as an air conditioner that was so refreshing (literally)! The dining/living room has a big smart TV with Netflix and a table big enough for 10 people. We had some problems with the showers in the first days, since only one bathroom provided water with sufficient temperature and pressure, which we managed to solve later on.

J''ai séjourné dans cette villa du 30/07/2022 au 13/08/2022 , villa très spacieuse , très bien entretenue , j''ai apprécié femme de ménage 1 fois par semaine avec le changement des draps et serviettes et le jardinier très bonne communication avec le gérant et l''agence , j''y retournerais c''est sur je recommande fortement , Mr. Manuel Rodrigues de Sousa

Very nice and spacious villa. Perfect for big families. Walking distance to the center and square of Ferragudo and the beach. A big supermarket (Lidl) is also close by. Also possible to stay here without a rental car. Recommended property! (Vertaald door Google) Zeer mooie en ruime villa. Perfect voor grote gezinnen. Op loopafstand van het centrum en het plein van Ferragudo en het strand. Een grote supermarkt (Lidl) is ook vlakbij. Ook mogelijk om hier te verblijven zonder huurauto. Aanbevolen woning!
