Vila Rio D'OuroIndependent 2 bed villa with beautiful views
When staying here you also have access to the facilities at Vitor's Village over the road. There are two main pools, a children's paddling pool, restaurant/bar and shop. If you show the access card you get a 10% discount at the restaurant/bar. The villa is based within easy walking distance of the picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo. Here there are small shops, cafes and restaurants, serving a variety of food, ranging from traditional Portuguese fish restaurants, to Indian and other international cuisine. We can give you recommendations if required! Also within walking distance is the main beach in Ferragudo called Praia Grande. There is lots of space, with some beach cafes. Very close the villa are places to rent bikes, scooters and paddleboards. Outside of Ferragudo, there is a bustling town of Portimao, with a marina, museums, restaurants and the famous Praia de Rocha beach.
The ground floor is an open plan living room and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace with table and chairs has a view of the river. There is also a guest bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one twin, one double), each with own ensuite bathrooms. There is also access to a terrace on the roof, with beautiful views. There is a garden level area at the back of the property with table and chairs
Fully equipped kitchen, with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing/drying machine, fridge-freezer. Modern air-conditioning units throughout.
Check-in is usually from 3pm, and checkout is by 11am. If you have specific requirements this can be discussed.
